Food delivery from other places are prohibited to be delivered to your room so you have to go get it yourself. Also ordering from the hotel at night (even just a bottle of water) is not possible since they don't have room service at night.

Many insects everywhere, bad service

The service is good, but my room has insects.

Reserved for smoking room but the front desk did not gave a smoking room
