I booked a non-smoking room, but got a smoking room. The room was stuffy and smelled of cigarette smoke when I turned on the AC. There were mosquitoes in the room, even though it was closed. I don't know where the mosquitoes came from, making it hard to sleep because of the bites. The toilet smelled a bit...

So far so good. The digital signal is weak on some TV stations.

I stayed here a few days ago. As soon as I arrived, I was greeted by dangdut music from the security guard. In my opinion, the loud music in the front area before entering doesn't give the hotel a good image. The check-in/check-out lobby is nice and clean. The receptionist is also friendly in welcoming and serving guests. It's okay, the best here. Cons: (-) I tried to order a QR code for the room to buy snacks, but it kept getting canceled, so I had to go downstairs to be served. (-) Upon check-out, the security guard waited for me to pay for parking, even though the app said FREE PARKING. My complaint here is that I hope the management team can improve in the future to better maintain the hotel's image. 👌
