friendly staff very helpful and strategic location close to public transportation

We are very happy because the location of this hotel is very close to the station and there are many snacks around the hotel, the staff is also good, fast response when we asked for the room to be cleaned again, it's just still under maintenance, even so, our family is satisfied with the new and complete room facilities at an affordable price, yes, most of it is still messy but the room is ready to be occupied with new and luxurious furniture at an economical price but the location is strategic, thank you

It's very well located near mrt, lrt and train station also facilties nearby you can find good food place and ATM machine around because you need minimum cash IDR 250K for deposit, not only ID card like other hotels

nice and friendly hotel staff

The order via the app was initially only the standard type because the intention was only to stay overnight, but because I brought a group (I originally wanted an extra bed) but there was no extra bed. When invited to see the comparison of the rooms, the size and facilities of the standard room were very unattractive for that price, the staff offered to upgrade the room with a fairly attractive size and view. Finally, I took 2 rooms with a connecting room, for the room it seemed very new (judging from the facilities and conditions), during my stay the facilities so far were very good for a price of >550 thousand / night.

Flying cockroaches, noisy beds, air conditioning that keeps turning off, water that smells of rusty iron, parking lot that looks like a warehouse, really ugly

receptionist is not friendly and not polite, cleanliness is lacking. Lift and floor are dusty, bathroom is still dusty in the shower area. Bathroom size is very small.

From the beginning, I didn't expect much, arrived at 3:30 PM, the room wasn't ready, I was told to wait. Finally, I decided to leave my bag and go to the Green Day concert, returned to the hotel at 1 AM, asked for a deposit of 250 thousand, okay, then left my ID card too. The next morning I said I wanted to get my ID card to enter the Linkin Park concert, I was given it right away. The location is very strategic, close to the airport train, MRT, KRL. There are many street foods around the hotel. The facilities are not suitable for a long stay, more suitable for sleeping and taking a shower, just for one or two nights. The hotel is old and they said it was under renovation. The AC leaked dripping onto the floor, the TV couldn't turn on, the shower water was uneven and rusty, but the hot water still worked, there was no doormat, so be careful when leaving the bathroom, but I didn't care, I was too lazy to complain, I was tired from the concert.

room with rate around 300K should not be offered. the room was still under construction and was dirty. I had to upgrade to another room and paid extra for that. pls traveloka, do not offer the standard room. itu penipuan, gambar dan kenyataan sangat berbeda.

A comfortable and strategic hotel with the center of Jakarta City. Close if you want to go to GI or PI hehehe

I was offered a room upgrade so I could get a city view but instead I was given the 3rd floor. What do you want to see? The 3rd floor is expensive too, so it's 550.
