The hotel was well appointed, staff was helpful, and rooms were comfortable and clean.

Great location, but if you have an early flight anytime before 6am, make sure you schedule transportation to the airport the day prior

Very large room. Clean. Bed was comfortable. Sheets were soft. Christina at the front desk was welcoming and helpful.

The location is probably just not for me. The room was good but the airport is close and genoa is to industrialized.

Great staff and breakfast

The Staff was so great! Our flight was by in late and they waited for us after hours to check in. The breakfast was very good. The rooms were very clean and modern. Would definitely stay again

Excellent room clean , nice view and nice design of the room. The two young people at the front desk ( a young man on Sunday and a young lady on Monday ) extremely professional either a great business attitude In addition they speak English perfectly …good for you guys ! I will recommande your hotel to everybody .

One of the best hotels in Genoa . Such a warm welcoming and the rooms are fabulous.

Loved the view from the rooms rooms with Balcony. There isn't much to do, so you should upgrade. We couldn't figure out how to work the doors though, seemed a bit broken after we figured it out and my friend fell through one side of the bench since it was missing slatso lol. Anyway very romantic place. We hated the hotel attached. Paid $200 for some crappy food and still went out to get pizza from Rossopomodoro after. Locals seems to like the restaurant though.

Great location next to airport with balcony overlooking marinara. Multiple Restaurant options next door & staff was very helpful with directions & suggestions for activities.
