Great hotel for the price

This was a lovely hotel, with fridge and kettle, and unexpectedly, a balcony. I don't know if it was just my phone, but I couldn't very often get wifi in my room. The staff were surprised at this, although it did say on the tourist board website that it was only available in public areas. It worked perfectly in the comfortable lobby/lounge area on the ground floor anyway, and also in the outside space nearby, which had a table, chairs, and a paasol. It was about 10 minutes walk from the station and modern town, and not too far from the funicular to the upper town (or there is a bus)

Loved this hotel, the receptionist was lovely and chatty … great room It was a bit to far away from the centre for us, walking back late at night was a bit sketchy in the dark but apart from that great night stay.

The hotel was good clean and tidy. Staff were great and helpful. BAD POINT though. There is kettle and cups in room but only a teabag on offer. When I asked at reception for some coffee and milk I was told there is a shop across the road that sells it. The hotel don't do it. Every hotel I have ever stayed in round the world with a kettle and cups ALWAYS supply tea, coffee, sugar etc..... To the MANAGER of the hotel.. This is a very simple fix to your hotel operations. Please adopt for your guests for future. Thanks...

Amazing stay, wonderful location wether it was to walk around Bergamo or travel out via train (10min walk from the station). Friendly staff, good sized room and cool vibe.

Poor beds and noisy location

This was probably one of the cleanest hotels I've ever been to. Not a grain of dust in the room. The spacious modern bathroom also showed no signs of mould in the corners of tiles. Besides the occasional sound of trains from the railway behind, the hotel was quiet and the staff were very helpful. Its location close to the train station was excellent, since you do not have to go far to catch the airport bus or a train to Milan. P.S. Art lovers will appreciate the high quality paintings and antique furniture from different époques that decorate corridors and the hotel's entrance.
