They have one receptionist a women light Long hair She is so agressiv and talks Down to you like you are stupid. I tried to talk with her but she don’t listen to me and don’t Care, and is just not a nice person. Watch out for her.

Everything was perfect

Hyggelig hotel, havde gjort noget ud af julehyggen ‼️ Godt forskelligt morgenmad.

Havde ikke de store forventninger til hotellet på grund af prisen, men blev positiv overrasket, super standart værelse, med kæmpe TV, minibar, div kaffe flot rent og fedt design Bliver helt klar mit nye hotel til overnatning når jeg besøger københavn

Room not properly cleaned after smoking guests. I arrived late in the evening, and noticed a strong smell of detergents and went to bed. Next morning chemical smell had disappeared and I could smell smoke. A hotel like yours should not release a room before it iis checked that such smells are over

Cleaning was god. Not available dinner is a huge minus in our opinion.

The room was quiet, clean and comfortable. The staff was friendly and helpful. The bed was comfortable. The location is not close to downtown Copenhagen. However, there is a train station located about a 10-12 minute walk from the hotel.

A bit plain from the outside but very nice as soon as you enter the door. Good service, nice staff and great breakfast with American pancakes!
