We loved this hotel and location. The staff are amazing and so attentive. Lovely facilites and great food. We hired a car which I would recommend from Europcar at Milan Linate airport. We were 30 mins from Sirmione and just over an hour to Limome Sul Garda. Nice restaurants only 4 mins away in San Felice Benaco.

The hotel is well maintained, quiet and nice area, spa and sauna as well as swimming pool facilities are good. My family enjoyed it very much.

I made the booking under my name and was later joined by a friend. At checkout, I was harassed, made to feel like a criminal, and made to pay extra because I did not inform them in the middle of the night that I had a guest in my room. I’m not a child, and they are not my parents, and I’m entitled to my privacy. Also, videos and photos of the beautiful surroundings were interrupted early in the morning by construction on-site.

This was the best hotel so far in Italy: spacious room, comfortable bed, nice balcony and the view. We visited a spa and loved it. We ate ala-carte

Beautiful area and hotel secluded in very nice and quiet spot. Staff - top end, Food - too end. Spa - beautiful.

This hotel is nice enough, very much orientated to families rather than couples. The hotel does have lots of amenities but have extra charges to access. If your looking to go around garda then location is convenient to access other parts of lake garda by car. For some people this might be for them however for what I payed I would try another hotel, I wouldn't go out my way to recommend this hotel to my friends, I think there are better alternatives in the price and star range especially for a couple.

Nice relaxing stay, good facilities and accessibility

We were a couple travelling with a toddler for a long weekend stay at Lake Garda. Although the hotel is not right by the lake, it is only a short drive away and this was a good base for exploring towns on the west side of the lake. The surrounding area is peaceful and quiet, but with a car you do not have to drive too far to the nearest towns. Breakfast had a good variety of hot foods (eggs, sausages, bacon), various breads and pastries. The hotel has a small pool and playground area for young children.

Sehr, sehr freundliches, hilfsbereites Personal von A-Z. Nachdem in einer Nacht von 1 bis 2 Uhr im Nebenzimmer Riesenlärm von Gästen veranstaltet wurde, und ich mich beschwert habe, wurde das unverzüglich behoben. Als kleine Entschädigung erhielt ich vom Manager eine Flasche Sekt. Auch die Zimmer, Räumlichkeiten und Poolanlage sehr schön und sauber. Schöner Urlaub!

Väldigt fint hotell! Gott om parkeringsplatser och garage under hotellet. Mysiga restauranger med gångavstånd från hotellet. Trevlig och serviceminded personal.

Hotel sollte mal ein Update erhalten Zimmer war sehr verlebt Diverse Furniere lösten sich an Türen und Möbel Teilweise verkratze Nackenstütze und die Batterien sind ausgelaufen bei der TV Fernbedienung Also 4* sind es schon lange nicht mehr schade.

Bellissima struttura, personale gentilissimo. Molto bella anche la SPA, peccato che l’acqua della piscina fosse molto fredda.
