Excellent location, close to Pompeii ruins and an easy drive to Salerno for the Amalfi coast. Highly recommended!

For a 3 star hotel it delivered more than expected. Modern,clean room. Powerful shower. Nice to have fridge in room. Great aircon.Good continental breakfast selection. Friendly, helpful staff. Pretty garden with ample area to sit. Very good central location. Use of wonderfully clean, warm swimming pool at sister hotel 20 minutes away, but price to use is high. I think it should be cheaper or free for hotel guests.Should have more than whole or half day options to use the pool. Staff a bit slow on offering coffee in the mornings, sometimes not even offering it. But overall, a really nice stay for a week visit. I would recommend it.

This hotel is an excellent location if you want to walk to the church/shrine of the Madonna di Pompeii. At the corner there’s a Michelin star restaurant which was delicious experience. Highly recommend both.

Handy property - close to the station in a nice area with great restaurants and bars within a few 100 m’s. Functionally decorated but perfect for our needs.

Close to the city center with good restaurants. We arrived late and just wanted a drink. Found a cute wine bar just around the corner. Café for breakfast the next day, just around the corner. It has AC, just not very cold ac. Still it was a pleasant night of sleep.

The hotel itself if well positioned - I didn't go there for the view as it's in the busy area, and I was out most of the time. We had no internet for a few days which made me worried as I didn't have much mobile data left - the hotel staff gave us different story each time we talked about it. However no compensation or discounts were offered for the inconvenience. When the internet access got restored after 3 days of being there, no information was provided about this. Other than that, the room was always cleaned, even if I didn't request it - it has always been visibly cleaned and the housekeeper was the nicest possible. A few members of staff were very kind and helpful. It is worth noting a few inconsistencies for future travellers: - the listing shows EUR 5 for breakfast - it's actually 10 (and the selection is quite poor to be honest) - Menu in the room lists coffees for EUR 2. It's actually 2.5. - No gym discount at all. Staff didn't know what I was talking about. This shows in the listing under Activities nearby. It's simply not available.

Great option, great location and great staff

We were grateful surprised by the pretty hotel, and by the Pompey city. Staff was nice and helpful.

Good selection for breakfast, room clean and tidy

Perfect in every way. They reserved a taxi from the airport, allowed us to check in early (room was immaculate), added breakfast as needed and given information that was necessary and appreciated. Everyone we encountered at the hotel was kind. Couldn’t have wished for a better experience or location. Would definitely recommend.

I booked this hotel without looking into it much. From the moment we walked through the doors I know we had found a special little hotel. The staff were so welcoming and genuinely warm. They walked us to our room for the night through a little mini orchard of Citrus trees. The room was incredible for the price I paid. The breakfast was also excellent. Can’t rate this place highly enough. Excellenza

This was a convenient location to Pompeii entrance and the train station. Breakfast bar was good. The room was clean and the staff was friendly.

The property was in a convenient location for public transport users. The ruins were a 20 minute walk away. The rooms have recently been updated and are modern and comfortable. Some have terraces. The staff are brilliant always friendly and smiling and very helpful in every way.

Great location! However the train had some problems and didn’t stop near the hotel so we had to take a taxi. Our train ride back to Naples was perfect. Highly recommended.
