AS USUAL...ROOM. SPACIOUS .. COMFORT ..ALL OK ..JUST DUN LIKE THE POLICY. THE GO FOOD MAN. MUST SEND THE FOOD TO BACK DOOR. . EVEN 5 STARS ALSO DUN MIND SEND TO FRONT LOBBY . . DUN SET UP THOSE NONSENSE RULES. TAKE CARE YOUR QUALITY OF HOTEL . YOUR INTERNET STILLL VERY FAR AWAY FROM STABIL QUALITY ..YOUR WATCH ONE YOUTUBE SHORT CLIP. 30 MINUTE. IMAGINE. 30 MINUTE SHORT CLIP U GET BUFFERING 6-7 TIMES.

NVER LEARN FROM THE MISTAKE AFTER A YEAR CAME BACK STILL THE SAME. . 1) TOILET LEAKING . AND ALL THOSE WATER NOT WORKING GOOD. U CAN STILL SEE YOUR WASTE ALL OVER THERE. DISGUSTING 2) I EXTEND 2ND NIGHT DUE TO MY USUALL HOTEL HARMONI SUITE IS FULL . I EXTEND 9AM ON THE 22/07/2025 . I WENT OUT BREAKFEAST. CAME BACK AT 10:40AM.. - 1HOUR 40 MINUTE CAME BACK AND COMPLAINT. HAVENT MAKE UP THE ROOM . I WENT DOWN LOBBY. SIT THERE . AFTER COMPLAINT I SIT AT LOBBY UNTIL. 11:20 . NO RECEPTIONIST IS BORDER TO UPDATE IS IT DONE OR NOT. . THEY LAUGH AND CHAT AT THE COUNTER HAVE THEIR OWN SWEET TIME. *TO MANAGEMENT U SHOULD FIRE THEM ALL UP * VERY VERY RUBBISH SERVICE.

Nice hotel, friendly staff, good facilities

I left my Dior lipstick, which I clearly remember and it was on the round table in the room. But when I called the hotel, they said there was nothing left behind. Very disappointed. Even though I'm a regular customer. There were also some staff who were not friendly.

Next time I'll come here again with my wife, I won't get bored at all

This is our second time staying at Planet Holiday, and it still feels just as great! We even got a better room than last time. The breakfast buffet could use a bit more variety, especially in the pastries. Hope to see more next time :) Thanks!

Wow, no need to ask, I always stay here when I bring my children to Batam on vacation, besides the facilities and food, the rooms also make my children feel at home, and the hotel is always busy, so I don't feel afraid if I go out in the hotel corridor at night, the hotel staff are friendly, and if I want to swim without bringing a swimsuit, there are swimsuit rentals too, so it's a complete package if I stay here.

Have stayed here several times and been satisfied, the service never fails, it's all good.

Favorite hotel, every time I go to Batam I definitely stay at Planet Holiday Hotel. And I have recommended it to my friends and relatives. All facilities are complete, well-maintained, clean, 6 lifts so you don't have to wait long, friendly staff, very strategic location, varied food menu. Message: Hopefully it will be maintained.
