Wybralismy ten hotel że względu na animacje dzieci i nie zawiedliśmy się.Dziecko bawilo się wspaniałe, bylo dużo atrakcji. Całe zaplecze hotelu posiada wiele miejsc z atrakcjami dla najmłodszych. Także basen jest bardzo przyjemnyi

Wonderful place. Very beautiful and quiet location. The restaurant is great, and there is a beautiful pool and sauna. However, the Lift was not working to my section of the hotel, which was inconvenient.

Hotel with history. Conditions and service at very heigh level despite difficult period. Rooms clean, spacious with great view. Breakfasts fresh and tasty.

Hotel was really nice. Even thought it was going through little restoration at the time we were there, everyone was really nice and helpful. Receptionist, I don't t remember the name, was extremely nice--blond lady with the plats. She was checking us in and out and was very precise with information given. Breakfast buffet was really decent: fresh rolls every day, something nice added to the menu daily as well. Swimming pool, sauna, jacuzzi.. What else do you need. Decent outdoor are with playground, mini golf, mini climbing wall. I would definitely recommend!

Nice place to get some fresh air with family ,close to the center , very delicious meals in a restaurant but poor breakfast.

Expensive panoramic suite turned out to be very basic, tiny and with bad views, hot water run out very quickly so half of a family of 4 had to take cold shower in winter. Room was clean on the surface but beyond it there were piles of accumulated dirt that must have been never cleaned. Gym was non existent, no equipment whatsoever, the only treadmill was brocken, the only 3 other items were very old and poor quality, all dumped to a storage room with spare tables and chairs. To my complaint that they should not advertise to have gym I was informed that this is a fitness room, not gym - disaster. My wife took a 30min massage deal at the spa but it took only 20min, the masseur said it counts from the time you enter the spa to the moment you leave. She forced my wife to take out an important family neckless and put on the armchair before the massage. It then subsequently disappered, till this day I keep asking if they found, but noone even bothers to respond. I call everyday but they appear to deliberately not pick up the phone - thieves. It is truly a disaster noone should ever try.

Quality service, would recommend, will come back to that hotel!

Kurulduğu günden bu yana yenilenmemiş. Odaya girdiğinizde o yılların kokusunu alabiliyorsunuz. Üstüne bir de banyodaki tuhaf koku eklenince tam bir felaket. Klozetin kirli olması da cabası. Tek güzel tarafı manzarası.

Quiet and clean air environment cleanly maintained accommodation

Basen w tygodniu czynny z przerwami. Od 9 do 12 i następnie dopiero od 16. Więc jak ktoś jest na kilka dób i popołudniem chce popływać to takiej opcji nie będzie. W weekendy jest inaczej. Mimo serwowanych śniadań (czas pandemii), wybór ok, wystarczający. Niesamowita obsługa Pani Ilony na recepcji, podróżujemy bardzo dużo, ale tak szczegółówo o hotelu i atrakcjach w okolicy nikt nigdy nie opowiedzial nam!

Miejsce urokliwe, sporo turystów, w hotelu pokój czysty śniadanie dobre. Minus to trwające długo meldowanie.

Cicho,czysto,przyjemnie.Menu śniadaniowe urozmaicone, każdy znajdzie swoje ulubione potrawy.Okolica prześliczna, mnóstwo zieleni.Chętnie tu wrócimy.
