The hotel was very comfortable, spotless and in good condition. The staff were really friendly, helpful and attentive. The facilities were in excellent condition. Highly recommend this hotel!

Pas du tout au top entre le jacuzzi qui ne fonctionnait plus avec une eau crade, le réceptionniste pas présent, une chambre moyenne , tv ko, toilette mal fixé, une douche qui ne ferme pas… bref et j’en passe donc je ne recommande pas

Price quality ratio was very good. Rooms were big and clean. The swimming pool was nice. Staff was helpfull . Was cinfortable that there is a restaurant.

Super spacious room and bathroom, SUPER clean, and we received the best service and were even able to leave our one bag at the reception after check out. It also had a nice pool. Would definitely recommend!

Rooms are spacious and very clean! Beds are comfortable. Staff is very helpful. He showed us everything at the property. The meat dish at the restaurant is very good. The whole area is very peaceful. Very pleasant stay!

Great staff and quiet surroundings - can tell the people running this place really care about the guest experiences. The roast potatoes at the restaurant are other worldly!

Tourist Center Marko provided excellent accommodations and convenient location for a quick visit to Plitvice Lakes National Park. From the great advice on the best way to visit the park to the clean, spacious room and on-site dinner, Tourist Center Marko was a great choice. I would definitely recommend this property without hesitation. May 2025

This hotel was really cute & nice for our stay while visiting the Plitvice national parks. The front desk was super helpful in checking us in and giving us information about the parks, including the best time to start the day based on the season to avoid crowds. The room was super spacious and nice. It is also close to plenty of restaurants.

We had a great stay! Marko was very friendly and made us feel welcome. The room was clean. The hotel was just a short distance away from Plitvice Lakes National Park. We’d stay here again!

Lovely helpful owner, clean and comfortable, good air conditioner, nice big shower with good water pressure, fridge in the room, pool and activity centre for kids, 15 min drive from Plitvice National Park, 7 min drive to supermarket with cash mashing. Property and restaurant takes card payment. All great and convenient for us. The food in the restaurant is super good.

The room was large, modern, clean and the beds very comfortable. There was no kettle for making hot drinks which nowadays would normally be provided and would have made the stay more enjoyable. Reception lady was very nice, friendly and helpful. A big issue that impacted on our stay was interruption of power supply which continued throughout the 4 days of our holiday. This meant sitting in the dark, trying to go in the bathroom in the dark, no aircon, no wifi. We could've paid much less and gone camping instead!

Lovely stay in marko center Perfect for family; the room size was big enough for two adults and two children. The bathroom could be refreshed/ modernized but it was perfectly clean ! The personnel was very kind and helpful.

We had a lovely stay, everything we needed was on site and it was only a short drive to Plitvice Lakes. The host gave good recommendations for restuarants close by and the pool was nice to come back to after a day hiking.
