The hotel staff is friendly and very responsive. The accommodation has a classic vintage feel.

The room is big and the breakfast was served in room, it was delicious. The location is ok, not that near from shops, but can use Grab Motorcycle. Their hotel receptionist is very helpful. She helped me to arrange for a day trip to Sipiso-piso with a local Grab motorcyclist. Also on the last day, their hotel staff drove me to the roadside and waited with me for the local bus to head back to Medan. Transportation is not convenient but I was able to travel thanks to the staff. There are some minor things like stains on bedsheets and no toilet paper provided, but it’s not a problem as I have already prepared earlier.

Basically staying here is just for rest, there is no complimentary drinking water, the cupboard is full of ants.

The swimming pool is dry 😥, the room is spacious and clean, but it really looks like an old building, a bit scary.

It seems like this is not a star hotel, the tube TV in the room is broken, the telephone is broken but still in the room, what's the point? 🤣 Hot water in the room if too many people have used it, automatically there is no hot water lol. No mineral water at all, no hotel slippers, very thin blankets, the mattress is old and sinks in, breakfast is only fried rice, the hotel is far from the crowd, if you are hungry at night, wassalam. But the staff is friendly, the man was kind enough to give me more towels, because I brought 2 children, and the hot water in the kettle can be refilled at any time.

The staff are very friendly, but the rooms are very poorly soundproofed; we could hear everything at night, it was noisy. The bathroom was very dirty, and the room wasn't great either.

The room is spacious with a beautiful mountain view, comfortable, 24-hour hot water available. The service is very good and we were given an early check-in. Breakfast is delivered to the room. The room rate is affordable. It is suitable for family vacations and relaxation.
