The staff are friendly, but the room is dirty. Carpet, pillows, and bed headboard are full of stains. The sofa also got some stains. The lower side of the curtain got some sus brown splotches. The room has potential because it’s spacious but not comfortable because it’s dirty.

The room was a bit dirty, the sheets were faded, and some of the lights were broken. It used to be very nice. The room also had a leak from the window. It seemed like it needed some renovation. The location was strategic, convenient for getting around.

Overall, the experience was very good, there was only one thing that needed to be improved, namely the lack of a hairdryer in the room.

The hotel is an older style hotel with a good location across from Rumah Mode. It's great for those who like PVJ or Cihampelas Walk. The rooms are clean, but the air conditioning isn't great. It's a real shame. Bandung doesn't feel like home because of the AC. There's no kettle in each room; there's only a water dispenser on each floor, which makes it a bit of a hassle for those who want to make coffee or instant noodles. The breakfast is delicious, but the variety is limited. The buffet is usually chicken porridge, bread, and eggs. The spacious rooms are great for bringing kids. The bathroom has great hot water, which is great for bathing, and it runs smoothly. That's how I felt, without adding or subtracting anything. Hopefully, there will be improvements in the service in the future.

For those planning a vacation to Bandung and shopping at Rumah Mode, this hotel is a great option, as it's located directly across from Rumah Mode. Those with an all-access FitHub membership can also work out at the gym, as it's also located across from the hotel. For breakfast, the bubur sumsum (rice porridge) and bubur ayam (chicken porridge) are delicious.

The AC is hot...complained to the front office....only told them...but no one came...this is the first time I've stayed in Bandung and been hot.

I chose to stay at Asmila because the room size was quite spacious because I brought a lot of documents to work on and I thought the staff service and food were good.

The hotel is clean, centrally located, and the food isn't extensive, but it's quite tasty. However, for a 4-star hotel, amenities and glasses should be more carefully considered, not just for one person. There's no hair dryer available, or you might have to borrow one.

The room was quite clean, the service was good, but the food variety was still not much and the toilet flush button was broken. Please continue to improve the performance of each room and facilities.

The location is amazing, just across the street to Rumah Mode (a very complete shopping and culinary tour). Next to the hotel is the Setiabudi supermarket which is a must-visit (for daily necessities, culinary, coffee). The staff are friendly, the food is delicious.

The food is lacking in taste, even though it's a long weekend where the price is above average, hopefully it will be an input. There is little variation but if the food is delicious, the taste is better.

The room condition is good and well maintained, spacious, comfortable bed, clean bathroom, sufficient parking area and there are security staff.

Overall it's really okay for a short stay, the room is spacious and very clean. The TV is also up to date, you can watch Youtube and others. The only thing that's not updated is the sofa, please, the sofa has fallen off and not been replaced 😅 and the AC 😭😭 oh my gosh it was so hot all night. Even at 16 it was still hot. With the fan full. I don't know if the AC is leaking or what. Because we just arrived at the hotel at night, so I didn't think about complaining or what, I was tired and just wanted to sleep, I didn't want to move rooms anymore. 🫠 but the cleanliness was really clean in our room.
