Everything was perfect

The rooms we're clean the staff was great but the hotel should not be open this time of year the whole resort is shutdown we checked out early because of that

Ok hotel old rooms and furniture needs some tlc and updating.

Nice, basic. No pool towels you need your own. Basic breakfast, pleasant. Nice comfortable sized room but view was a wall opposite. Stood in the bath to open the bathroom window, loads of hair came out the plug hole. Kettle - but no tea bags/coffee you need your own, pool small but nice, comfy loungers. Nice seating area with pool table. Supermarket next door handy for drinks and snacks. Reasonable value but better hotels available for the same price in similar area.

Clean, great location a few mins from Aiya Napa Harbour. Close to shops and restaurants. Good breakfast with hot food and salad bar.

i stay often in this hotel and its wonderful. In winter time (this time i stayed) it has some problems with heating, it was cold and i had to ask for a blanket. The AC was not working properly and it was noisy

My wife and I had a very good experience. A nice and friendly receptionist welcomed us and we were quickly shown to the hotel room, which was nicely decorated. Everything seemed nice and clean. The relatively new hotel is located in central Ayia Napa with a reasonably short walking distance to the harbor and street with restaurants. The next morning we enjoyed an excellent breakfast buffet in the hotel restaurant. The staff was very friendly and accommodating.

Great location

The property is clean . 5min walk to the harbor. Godd breakfast. Helpful staff. We had a high floor sea view which was great. Regarding the booking we were booking the hotel the 4 stars one but once we are paying it shigtef to the nelia garden .so we had to stick this at that time because our arrival time was at night and the hotel nelia is closed apparently.

I arrived at 3am but the friendly polite guy on reception had everything ready. I did ask for a ground floor in advance due to disability but i was put on 1st floor but there was a lift.

Brilliant hotel in a brilliant location of ayia napa. Perfect for the beach one way and the bars the other way. Very clean hotel and would definitely come back to stay.

Τhe hotel is a nice place with large rooms near to everything. Near to the sea near to restaurants museums clubs....The only thing they have to work on it its the cleaning. You need to ask for soap or shampoo and sometimes rooms are not cleaned properly...I send them a letter complaining but they didnt have the politeness to reply...anyway if they solve their problem with clean rooms it could become a nice place

Went to visit friends nearby.

After a bad start at check in..no record of our stay!! We were shown our room which was not what was described on my confirmation I asked for a double bed and was given 2 twin beds pushed together not ideal as a couple. Other than that the hotel was beautiful clean and in a fantastic location would definitely go back.
