Good place to stay on your vacation!

It's sad to leave this time, the TV is no longer broadcasting. Strategic location, if I go to Cameroon, I will definitely check in here. There is sentimental value to this hotel.

Okay, it's clear, eh for sleeping. Staff is friendly, I like it.

Old equipment. The cupboard has a broken window with a lock that is dangerous for small children

Friendly staff. Its clean but the hotel is run down not maintained.

so far the staff are very friendly, only the room in 303 has a working water heater, there is only one cup. usually every place to stay provides 2 cups so far this hotel is strategic near places to eat and shop, just a walk away

Staff said no WiFi it 's upgrading for last 2days.

Toilet paper tidak disediakan walaupun sudah minta di kaunter. Televisyen tiada siaran. Bilik banyak habuk dan rambut di lantai, tidak disapu & dibersihkan.

Not tidy and toilet door broken. Please improve the housekeeping. Thank you.

All OK good will stay again. Strategic position. Have balcony friendly staff. Have lift room size also good.

According to price OK. Friendly reception and help full employee. Vary strategies place have balcony. On my stay all OK will stay again. According to my booking room should have mini bar&and sofa chair but I didn't get. Others all OK.

So far OK, jz the hotel carpet have to change. Too sharp when you step on the carpet.

The carpet on the floor is very bad, change it to a new one, the room smells a bit. Dusty bed. TV position with off-center bed. The hot water (heater) is not strong. The towel is very old, change it to a new one. Hope the hotel can improve.

The room suitable for families, overall good.

The room is spacious, comfortable, cleanliness is ok, hot water is ok. The staff is very helpful and friendly. Just hope to be able to put tea/coffee on. Cups and kettle are available but no tea/coffee. Clean towels. Big bed. There are quite a lot of parking spaces. Close to various amenities.

The water kettle is broken, the WiFi does not reach the room, the minimum coffee or tea is not provided.

The room is good toilet need to be upgrade. Toilet not muslim friendly. No bidet. The toilet door no lock. Pressure water pressure was low.

Lack of research in providing services so that inconvenience occurs, if providing services it should be checked first and try to justify the way of communication, not just judging guests indirectly.
