Smell of rotten humidity. Complained, but no action. Not allowed to change room, nor was there any action to remove the smell. Stayed here many times, but this time the service deteriorated.

We were given two rooms without a window, and the smell was stuffy and horrible. The rooms were neither opted for nor given as an option during my booking. I doubt the reviews now. So we decided to check out as soon as we entered the room. The staff said the rooms were fully booked when we asked for a room change, and we were offered a family room with 1 queen bed and a single bed to accommodate 4 adults and an infant, and we had to pay extra? Will never come back to this hotel again.

The staff was unhelpful when I came to the lobby to open the door when I was carrying a lot of luggage, including a suitcase. There were no hotel slippers or toiletries like toothpaste in the room. The AC unit was located directly in front of the bed, which was quite inconvenient.

We had some issues and misunderstanding with the hotel, we were given a single and a queen bedroom instead of 2 queen bedroom. The hotel said, it always happened and the customer didn't understand the hotel policy. It was a confusing experience and tired night, but later solved by agent and was given 2 queen bedroom as per booked in apps.

You give 2 option for feedback then how would you know level of satisfaction. Its either Good or Bad.
