Friendly staff, cheap hotel prices, cold AC, clean and comfortable rooms, only the breakfast is lacking in terms of taste but it's cheap at only 50,000/person

Staff were very friendly and very accommodating. The pool was nice and cool, which was refreshing.

Old. Dirty. Under maintenance. Room smelling terrible. Bathroom super stinky. Very deficient and unstable Wi-Fi connectivity.

Safe parking, hot water runs smoothly, the swimming pool is always clean, the rooms are spacious, it's really good to stay at the Grand Sinar Hotel.

Overall good, clean pool, easy hotel access, the downside is that the room is not soundproof and looks like it has just been renovated, breakfast lacks taste and variety

It was a very impressive stay here, especially the service at the front office... Before checking in, we contacted the hotel about our room, and were told that we would get a room on the 3rd floor. When we asked to move to the ground floor, they quickly responded and gave us a room on the ground floor with full access, walking to the beach nearby, easy to find food, at a price that we think is very worth it. Thank you Grand Sinar Indah Hotel, we'll be back again. 🙏

The staff is friendly and responsive, the price is also relatively affordable, and close to Legian beach just walking distance. One suggestion, for smokers given a strict warning.
