Clean room and friendly staff

NOISY , NOT CLEAN AND BAD FOOD

"breakfast" is a small plate of fruit and some stale bread, instant coffee. Rooms are outdated and beds are extremely hard, not really comfortable to sleep in.

Never set foot at this hotel. I called to cancel my reservation and they said they would send an email to confirm the cancellation. Never received anything. They just kept the money I had prepaid.

1. One good thing. Their personal starting with the people at reception are friendly and willing to solve the inconveniences found. As well the woman who assist with the light breakfast that is the only included. Not the lunch that Expedia mentions in their information of what is included in the room 2. The room are small and with poor illumination 3. We have difficulties to get hot water in the shower. It was reported and solve. 4. Expedia needs to update its information about the hotel about what is included.

Podrían hacer que el horario de check-in sea más flexible, fuera de éso el servicio es excelente y el staff muy amigable

Todo excelente y con la Feria de SM a un lado.

Este lugar es para alguien que va a pasar una hora o dos en el lugar nadamas , no tiene ac ni calefacción el agua la dejé correr por 15 minutos y no salió caliente mejor opté por ir a otro hotel , no me reembolsaron nada , las fotos no son lo que parecen pagué por seis noches para nada es un hotel de paso

El personal fue muy amable, las habitaciones están bien , el precio es razonable , muchas gracias.

El personal muy amable y la habitación estába bien limpia y los colchones nuevos. El desayuno continental gratis. El restaurante tiene costo depende lo que se pida para el desayuno. La ubicación es muy buena todo cerca. Olía bien nada de aromas de sigarro. Todo estuvo bien.

Las habitaciones y el trato en general estuvieron muy bien. Solo una observación dicen que tienen desayuno gratis y cuando yo y mi familia fuimos a desayunar el primer día no había más que serían y café y fui con la recepcionista y me dijo ahorita ponen lo que pasa es que no había nadie y guardaron las cosas y le dije está bien, pero esperamos un rato y no pobina fruta pan nada y le dije a la cocinera y me contestó ya no hay.y pues esto no puede pasar por eso uno hace las recervaciones y deben de tener previsto cuánto van a poner

La habitación en una condición impecable, el personal muy amable y atento en todo momento.
