The place is quiet and comfortable, close to immigration and close to the city center.

The check-in process was easy, a deposit is needed, and if you booked a room online, you might need to pay travel tax too. They have a lift, which makes things easier if you have luggage. At first, we couldn't find a hot water kettle and were disappointed, but there's a water dispenser near the lift, we spotted it on our way out. The room is quite big, has a little breathing space. The bathroom is also big. We stayed in a family room with two queen beds. The room is clean and has no strange smell. Thumbs up to the hotel for keeping it that way.

The night guard's reception is impolite and unfriendly. When I asked for the AC remote to set it cold, the reception answered that the remote didn't exist and the AC couldn't be adjusted just like that, then there was a gallon of water in the machine that was damaged when I needed hot water and there was another gallon of water filled, the contents were really dirty, then the position of the room noisy with motorbikes passing by and for those who are non-Muslims on standby listening to the sound of the dawn prayers because they are close to the mosque. Clean rooms.

I did not try the breakfast as it is always crowded. Location wise is very creepy at night. You need to have vehicle. There is only 1 shop nearby but at night they are close. Toilet is like normal toilet house. There is aircon and fan. Bed is okay. Room is clean. Overall okay.

The location of the hotel is too far and too remote. And the rooms also smell of cigarettes and there are no air freshener.

The room is nice. The hotel staff is okay. The wifi is a bit slow at times and the breakfast is a bit of a letdown. They only serve already packed nasi lemak and 2 types of kueh, and tea or coffee for the drinks. Overall its a nice budget hotel. And the location is good too.
