This hotel was a real gem, with And attached bar and nearby restaurants. It's right in City Center and super close to the train and bus stations. The staff was extremely helpful and the room was clean and even had a balcony.

The location was excellent. Really just minutes from the railway station, so it was very walkable. I loved the staff at the front desk, kind and helpful. I had a single room, that is smaller, but includes everything you need, it was perfect. The breakfast is great, the lady makes the cappuccino with the foam and particularly kind. I would definitely return.

Hotel Italia is perfectly located to explore the historic sights of Cagliari, enjoy the local food, and sleep comfortably.

Convenient location near most of the tourist activities and Castello district. Rooms were clean and staff were great. Only complaint would be the lack of working facilities. A couple of plugs didn’t work and the AC was very temperamental.

I had a wonderful stay at the Hotel Italia. Very comfortable room, great location, and nice staff.

Excellent location. Nothing bad per se, but very bare bones, more like what I'd expect from a two star hotel. Room faced a wall and felt clastrophobic. We only stayed one night, so perhaps they gave us a not so great room. The breakfast did have a nice view on the roof.

Hotel was small and basic and fine for one night. It was a couple minutes walk from the train station to the airport, and easy to walk to the main parts of town. Good restaurants right outside that were not crowded like the city center. Weird key with a keychain that seemed like it weighed 5kgs, but at least it detached. The room was basic but clean and nice bathroom. Pretty quiet. No view from the room or natural light.

Central hotel with friendly staff. It was a pleasure to stay there.

Staff can be a little cold but always professional. Rooms need a little TLC, maintenance appears to be reasonable but not as tight as it could be, wallpaper beginning to peel and moisture damage on the bottom of doors. All in all, good breakfast, comfortable, clean and great location... cafes, restaurants and shops all around you.

Hotel czysty zadbany. Lokalizacja świetna. Ścisłe centrum - parę minut od stacji kolejowej, autobusowej, portu. Śniadania zwyczajne - zimna płyta. Z racji braku izolacji słychać odgłosy zarówno z korytarza, innych pokoi i z ulicy. Dla wrażliwszych może to być uciążliwe. Dla mnie było ok. Personel pomocny, jednak zalecam dopytywać się o wszystko. Rewelacyjna kawa przygotowywana na każdą prośbę podczas śniadania. Miejsce śniadań na samej górze hotelu z możliwością wyjścia na taras. Czystość pokoi i łazienki rewelacja. Szczerze polecam.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. Friendly, professional and welcoming staff. The room I’ve stayed at had a balcony, spacious, clean and safe. Breakfast buffet had plenty of choices. The location is nearby many of the attractions, point of interests and straightforward journey from and to the airport. Highly recommend this hotel.

Nice hotel in an excellent location but the walls were very thin and we were woken up early by other guests.

The hotel is well located close to all the major attractions. Breakfast is good and has a variety of option. Coffee is made for you and not from a machine. The room we stayed in was spacious clean and comfortable.

My room was first floor on the street and it was Fri and everyone was very loud outside of my room. Finally at 11 I went down to desk they gave me key to room next door not on street and I moved and could finally sleep. Reqeusted some sort of discount in the morning was asked to give my email address no response. So therefore a poor review for and expensive $185 nite
