When we arrived, we had to say hello first, as the staff member just sat there. The soundproofing is terrible, and if you want a good sleep, don't stay here. Handy to the shopping mall and a nice waterfront, but that's it.

The cleanliness is very good even though it is small and there is no elevator, but it is clean and comfortable. The staff are very helpful. There is a refillable water dispenser and a microwave in the hotel lobby. The location is also very strategic.

Smoking is allowed in the hallway. The room is very soundproof. Taxi service is conveniently located right downstairs. The internet speed is decent. The room is spacious, spanning two floors.

Location is ok, but single room is up stairs.

the location is very close to Queensbay Mall. Strategic location. If you go to the city, it's a bit far. Easy to find food and hang out. My family and I like being with this hotel.

clean and tidy room...good quality items in the room, friendly staff who are willing to help carry suitcases to the upper floor...close to Queens Bay....in short, my favorite hotel even though it's my first time staying there

The room is quite narrow & it is quite difficult for Muslims to pray. Anyway this hotel has a spacious toilet
