I recommend this hotel for its convenience. The staff is quite friendly. The hotel is near Ratchathewi BTS. It offers a buffet for breakfast with many kinds of food.

When I checked in, they asked me for 300 Baht but when I checked out, they only gave me back 200 Baht. The amount of money is not much but the way they did it was too much.

It was a great experience to stay at bangkok city hotel, everything is great just had minor problem about the soundproof. But overall greatjob, and for next visit defense will stay again in here

Hotel staff are sometimes friendly sometimes not, breakfast menu is similar. The location is quite strategic. In the middle of the night for 3 days in a row someone knocked on the door but when checked no one knocked. There was a leak from the room above so that in the bathtub there were often brown water droplets dripping when someone took a shower

Perfect location, good food, nice staff

The hotel facilities are very good, close to the BTS station and for Muslims the location is close to the mosque and lots of halal food.

The stay was pleasant and the staffs were helpful! I ended up ask them for taxi to the airport at last minute and thanks to them, I got to DMK in an hour!

The staff was enthusiastic, but the receptionist's attitude when checking in was a bit unpleasant. The room was clean and comfortable. The air conditioner would run for 15 minutes, then turn off for 15 minutes and then run again by itself. My family tipped the cleaning ladies to help fix it and it stopped 😅, the room's soundproofing wasn't very good. But overall, the quality was reasonable for the price.

Overall ok for the price segment, but the room is poorly soundproofed so it's still noisy and you can hear traffic noises on the street.
