I am a nervous traveler and had never been to Serbia before, but Ivan made me feel welcome immediately and provided a place that I was happy to stay at. STAY HERE! Excellent and friendly service. USE their airport shuttle, it will SAVE you money! Clean and comfortable room and bathroom. Common area kitchen and balcony. They have evrything you need. Great location. An easy walk to most all tourists locations. Right next to a great bar specializing in local spirit Rakija. Also close to many tip Serbian restaurants and late night options too. Great value and would recommend to any traveler loking for a great location and easy place to sleep with no hassles.

Excellent place to stay. We spent 2 nights with my wife in April this year and very much enjoyed our time in here. It is what you exactly see here, owners Ivan & his wife are very friendly and helpful. It is very very close to the main attractions in Belgrad and everyrhing you wanna see is within walking distance. Would definitely stay here when we visit Belgrad again.

The hosts Ivan and Desa made us feel so welcome and are two people that genuinely care about their customers. The apartment location is perfect and the apartment we stayed in was immaculately clean, spacious and quiet. We definitely recommend staying here when visiting Belgrade!

I would like to recommend this apartment. Thanks a lot to the owners, they are friendly and help us a lot. Location is perfect and it only takes a few minutes walking to Knez Mihailova and other main attractions. This is not like a regular hotel that you may share the apartment with two other rooms, but don't worry about this because you won't be affected by each other. They have WiFi but the speed is not so fast. Overall, this apartment is a good selection and good place to stay.

Perfect location - 100 meter / 300 feet from the main central city square, but more important: Ivan and Desa were ones of the best Hotel’s hosts we have ever had for 20 plus years of travel: their hospitality, unit cleanliness and hosts’ city sites/food/ entertainment recommendations level was absolutely incredible and outstanding, this is THE PLACE TO STAY in Belgrade.

Location is perfect; also quite neighborhood. The hosts Ivan and Desa genuinely care for your comfort and ease of stay in a new city. Nothing to dislike! But since you asked, big suitcases can be an issue in the tiny elevator!

Wonderful hosts who directed us toward all the must see venues. The location can't be beat.

Because we were on a long holiday we chose apartments that offered laundry facilities. This one had a washing machine but no drying facilities and we were discouraged from doing our laundry. However the apartment owner's wife kindly did it for us at no extra cost.

Very nice stay in the center of Belgrade. A kitchen is available. The room is big with cosy balcony. A private bathroom with personal key, though the access in through shared spaces. Host is very professional and helpful.

Desa and Ivan are great host. Check in was smooth and they made sure I had everything I need Everyday. The neighbourhood is very convenient to see the city, safe and is where all the best restaurant in Belgrade located.

Ivan and Desa were perfect hosts. They picked me up from the train station and took me to the airport after my stay. During my stay they stayed in touch and were keen to know that I had everything I needed. Key points are: Location - couldn’t be better 2 minutes from the National Opera House and Republic Square. Also within easy walking distance to all tourist sights. Apartment room - in a typically looking communist building, but once in the apartment everything was clean and modern. Hosts - perfect. If I go to Belgrade again I will certainly stay there.

This is an apartment in a standard block of apartments. Quality is high: the rooms are finished to an excellent standard. Everything works. The owner is extremely helpful. He went out of his way to arrange our onward travel to Sarajevo, and was a very good source of information about Belgrade. The location is excellent: just a couple of minutes from the centre of the city. Breakfast is easily obtained at a good café/restaurant opposite the apartment, where prices are very reasonable.

Very friendly owners but the place is a bit run down though the shower room and the kitchen look redecorated. Don't forget to bring your own curtains too, the ones you have in the room are for daylight only.
