I am a world traveler, and have stayed at many hotels around the world, and my stay was one of my worst experiences. Here are a list of the many issues that I experienced: 1) The bellman did not help with our big bags getting out of the taxi. 2) The front desk were very slow at check in and seemed disinterested. The staffer didn’t even let me know about the pool location and breakfast times and location. 3) In advance I asked the hotel to ensure I have a room that was free of air fresheners since I am allergic and they gave me a room with a strong perfume scent. 4) When we moved to a new room the bathroom faucet was leaking water. I had to go down to the front desk to report it twice. After the repairman completed his replacement he did not clean up and left the valve door open. Dirty boot marks 5) When it was time for a shower we noticed there was no hot water so we had to report it and have the maintenance person repair that issue. 6) One of the beds' head boards banged up against the wall and we had to place towel between it and the wall. 7) The toilet was inconsistent with flushing abd we had to wait a number of hours to get a flush. 8) I reported a number of these issues that were supposed to go to property manager and I never had the manager contact me.

My check in was late

Hotel needs renovation. Outdated. Power outage for 5 hours . Than refuse to provide 1 hour late check out.

It was clean, very nice staff but it’s an older building and so different rooms have different issues. Mine had no hot water and minor plumbing issue. Also, the safe wasn’t working but apart from that, it really was a great stay.

It was well worth it. All services & attentive.

Nuce pool. Hot tub wasnt operating. Breakfast was buffet and great selection. Staff was great especially Henry. Neighborhood was somewhat idustrial but just 20 minute walk to great neighborhoods. Really a great find and archectually beautiful atrium.

The balcony door would not shut all the way, letting all the noise in. The bathroom window also was broken and would not close. The room is dated but the location is great. If you go for Carnival just know that it will be loud until about 5am every night with large crowds outside.

The room was in good condition but there was a lack of hot water. This may be due to the construction that was going on. I expect everything to be better than it was after the construction is finished

Okay I rated the hotel honestly due to some issues that they have which is that they're building a new walkway so for right now there's a lot of inconvenience and a hot water issue we're only the second floor works. As I was leaving I saw that the driveway was almost done so I think they'll be done in a couple of weeks before carnival. Traffic around the area is bad for right now but when they're done it is going to be wonderful because they've also built to small grocery stores that are now open next to the hotel and across the street from the hotel. When they're done with the construction it will be outstanding. I can see that because the parts that are done looks nice and the two grocery stores are also open and is nice.

Everything was bad from front desk to room to the breakfast buffet just bad

My stay was from 9/11-18/2025. This is an honest summation of my stay with photos and video. Breakfast was not good watery powdered eggs burnt chuleso old coffee the chef is a grumpy spanish man Balcony was full of bird poop. Theres no handle on the balcony doors. You have to sign the handles out with reception. The room comes with one key card. This is because when you leave the room the key controls ac and power. So when you leave the room ac turns off. You will come back to a hot room. When you return to the room and place the key card in the ac wont turn on until after ten minutes expect to be hot in the room for awhile. The hotel lobby doesn't have ac. At reception there's coffee and water waiting for you. This is an older hotel the beds are hard and dont expect for all of the wall sockets to work. Theres no usb chargers slots in the rooms. I had to change my room because the forst room was soo bad. Theres water leaks coming from the faucets and wall. The pool area is not monitored there were druggen men at the pool blasting loud music. Not Women and children friendly. The linen was changed and i discovered blood on them. Railing on the steps are dangerous and broken. Pool fan was turned on by touching wired together. Like i said this is not a bashing but an honest assessment of my stay with pictures. My stay was ok other than these things. I had great company with me who made it better. I will not go back. I got what i paid for.

It is in a old market area with lot of commercial businesses and lot of traffic no good restaurants nearby.

La comida riquísima. El hotel en general es bonito. Están remodelando algunas areas.

Overall it was good, but no hot water. Also my room was facing the main street, so very noisy.

The staff were Very professional. Housekeeping was very nice as well as the front desk and the bellman.
