Our room was on the small side, but with a nice balcony that allowed us to seat outside and enjoy the view. Breakfast was all great, except probably the scrambled eggs. But there were enough fruits, cold cuts, breads and cheeses to make it up for that.

It was an average Hotel I would say.

Took this hotel while passing the Italy, Austria, Germany. Very friendly staff. Hotel is old but this is what you should expect in old Tirol village. It is well kept and clean. Good, or I should say very good breakfast.

Good central location. Ability to watch the world soccer games! Good kitchen.

Very irritating to travel for hours and arrive at a hotel and receptionist does not even both to acknowledge your presence. We waited for 10 minutes while receptionist chatted on the phone. Rooms are tiny and we all came away with sinus problems so not sure how dusty rooms are. Bathroom was clean. Breakfast was okay. Disappointing after the lovely breakfasts we had at other hotels along our route. I would not stay there again.

The hotel was very nice with convenient parking. Close to Bolzano and the Strada del Vino. Unfortunately when we were there it was about 98 degrees and the hotel does not have air conditioning. The owner/manager was very kind and offered us passes to the nearby swimming pool - what a treat - we cooled off in the Aura Community Pool and playground. It was very nice and unexpected. A very pleasant stay for our family with two young children.

The staff seemed to resent having to look after us, hence the name for this review! The staff in the morning, when we were the only ones in the dining room, seemed to be making sure we weren't stealing or damaging anything. The egg cooker had no instructions and the sighs were very audible as the attendant demonstrated. NO AIR CONDITIONING, IN AUGUST!!!!! Located on main street of town, but needed to keep windows open because of above, LOTS OF STREET NOISE!!

Innanzitutto, dicono che hanno una colonnina elettrica per auto , ma ti mandano in una li vicino piubblica. Sul sito dicono che tassa di soggiorno 2 euro a persona ma ne hanno chiesto 3,50

In generale l’esperienza è stata positiva, la colazione ottima e abbondante. Particolarmente da me apprezzati i graziosi balconcini esterni. Purtroppo mi è dispiaciuto che i riscaldamenti fossero spenti (era 1 novembre e fuori c’erano 5 gradi) e che abbiano trattenuto i documenti di identità fino alla nostra ripartenza. Accettabile la distanza dal parcheggio pubblico sotterraneo.

Kwaliteit bedden. Makkelijk online boeken. Hotel lag gunstig op onze route. Minder: identiteitsbewijzen moesten we inleveren, die kregen we na 1 uur terug.

Tutto bene, propietari a dispisizione x qualsiasi richiesta senza spese supplementari. Uno splendido bagno con cambio giornaliero degli asciugamani. Colazione a buffet abbondante

Room with no A/C - we hardly slept because it was too hot (there was a fan in the room, but...), had to open windows facing the main road (noise), shower head was broken (couldn't fix while showering), breakfast was ok...but not a good stay...we were actually there basically to get a good sleep...didn't succeed

Eine durchweg gute Adresse. Gutes Essen und sehr guter Service. Und eine charmante Seniorchefin. Für den Preis verzichte ich auf etwas Komfort. Z.B. Klimaanlage an heißen Tagen oder guter Badezimmerspiegel mit Beleuchtung.
