Was perfect until we discovered cockroaches. Slept with the lights on. Told hotel and they acted surprised and completely avoided discussing. We found five in two nights. Not sure how many we missed before seeing the first one.

The staff was excellent. I believe Enrico - was so helpful!

Nice room could do with a little tlc staff friendly

Despite the floods and a state of emergency being put in place the staff carried on as normal with cleaning ect ect Plesent stay under the circumstances

The hotel was pleasant but not centrally located being about 14km from Florence. You would need a car to get to and from the centre.

Nice hotel, but very far from center, took me 45 min from train station. 2 stops by tram and 40 min by bus 30 B to get to the hotel. Good for people who rent a car. Staff is helpful

Reist veldig mye. Men dette var nok det verste hotel å bo på. På kvelden ville en sitte ned med ei øl og ett glass vin. Mer sur betjening skal en lete lenge etter. Utrolig dårlig resepsjon og fasiliteter. Nei. Her kommer en definitivt ikke tilbake

今回一泊だけでしたがホテルはきれいなのですがアクセスが悪すぎます。フィレンツェの駅からトラムの終点近くで降りてから1時間に一本のようで時間には来ません土日はありません。それとGoogleで表示された駅が実際と違い乗り過ごしました。ホテルのスタッフはとても良く電子レンジもいなかおひとつせず貸していただきました。またチャンスがあれば利用したいと思います。

Struttura situata in zona campi bisenzio. Anche se l'Hotel ha l'aspetto un po datato, le camere hanno tutti i confort minimi e necessari.

가격대비 매우 훌륭한 곳입니다. 특히 한국을 사랑하는 인상좋은 직원 아저씨(60대) 너무 친절하십니다. 한국에도 방문하셨다고 하네요. 직원들 모두 친절하고 렌트하시는 분들에게 강추하는 호텔입니다.

Non è un 4 stelle, sembrava un ostello. Non c'è bar, non c'è servizio colazione, una sola persona alla reception. stanza anni 90. Lobby triste e sporca.

Accueil très sympathique, chambre très propre, literie confortable, calme. L’idéal pour notre escale de retour. En revanche, nous avons cherché un peu car l’hôtel n’est pas très bien indiqué pour une arrivée tardive.
