Wonderful stay! Newly renovated. Staff was great. Very convenient location walking distance to the village and across the street from the main gondola.

What a great hotel, service and location. Couldn’t be closer to the ski lifts for ski season - and a short walk from central Kitzbühel. Would definitely recommend and will likely stay there again

Fantastic very helpful staff who couldn’t do enough for us, great location for cable car and beautiful family sized room with brilliant view from balcony - a little more expensive to upgrade but well worth it. Clean and lovely hotel.

Great hotel with ski storage with locker, right beside the lift. 5 minute walk to the center of town. Room was clean and there were great winter hot drinks.

Great location and very good service. Sad there was no kettle in the room and the spa pool was cold. Particularly disappointing that the wellness area including the only steam room and sauna were nudist and not advertised as such until you arrived. Not fair when I happily paid for those facilities.

Starting the day with the sumptuous breakfast buffet provided the energy for a long day of skiing.

I booked this hotel on my way to kitzbuhel from Denmark with breakfast included. I decided to give an extra 60$ for dinner every night because i thought it was a good price. I did not ever expect that the service and the food was such high standard as me and my girlfriend experienced. I booked it on the same day as i traveled, and i knew i would arrive there very late. The hotel wrote me 2 emails when they saw i was not there for dinner and asked if i wanted a plate of food for when i arrived (amazing service caring) and they also made sure i could enter the hotel and get my roomkey even after midnight. This stay was one of the best, if not the best ive ever had. I have travelled to many hotels and experienced alot of different service and food. But nothing could compare to this hotel. It definenlty had the FULL PACKAGE. Excellent and professional staff, waiters and cleaning. And they took it to a whole other level when they showed a bit of concern the last night when we left before dessert was served. Atmosphere and design of the place makes you walk around very comfortable and the table arrangements in the restaurant is so smart (you have your own specific table from day one). Before i wrap it up, the hotel had great spa area with very good sauna cleanliness and options. The hotel cant be closer to the skilift which is very nice, you dont have to walk far with ski equipment. I never wrote a review before. But in this case the hotel deserved it 100% well done. 10/10 ❤
