Wow and wow and again wow!! The best hotel I have ever been to. We were with our 2 children and everyone had a great time. A hotel that is simply a paradise for children. We will definitely go back there again! Delicious food especially in the morning and evening, kind and excellent service, a great indoor pool, a playground for all ages, there is always something to do and many attractions near the hotel or within a short drive. We had an extraordinary experience! Highly recommend!

Fully satisfied

We went to KAtschberg to ski and not to have any other worries (like where to dine). Falkensteiner Club Funimation is All-Inclusive so it fitted perfectlly. any you can skii right out of the hotel. We were without kids, but could see that they would have a blast staying here. So next time we will probably return as a familly.

It was pretty nice however, no one really spoke any English except check in, The balcony door was broke and almost fell on us, the fridge was busted, and their food was not really on par. They had a good area for kids and the good was probably good for just the kids but they really needed a better selection.

Hotel itself is ok. Rooms not large but well furnished and maintained. Food plentiful and diverse, but not the highest quality. Location is good right on ski slopes. Falkensteiner ski school should be avoided - it is basically baby sitting on snow. It is run on cheap with amateurish and unmotivated instructors. Only the absolute beginners will get some instructions. Kids at any other levels are simply led around slopes without any instructions.

Hotel has a lot of things to do for small kids, and that's what it is - family hotel. If you have bigger kids, like we do (8 and 15), you'll pay a lot of money for services you will not be using. There is a huge difference between rooms, so if you're already spending that kind of money, add couple hundred euros and have a nice room, because cheapest (only available at the time) is really far away from any comfort.

Schon das dritte Jahr im Folge waren wir im selben Hotel. Für Kinder ist es ein Traum.

Der Spiele und kinderschwimmbereich. Die Suite war auch schön, allerdings ein wenig abgewohnt.

Super Lage. Für Familien Mega. Alles für die Kinder ausgelegt. Super essen. Das Hotel ist sehr zu empfehlen. Nur das Personal war nicht nett.

Die Unterkunft war sauber und voll in Ordnung. Leider waren in unserem Reisezeitraum schon viele in der Gästekarte inkludierte Bergbahnen geschlossen aber das Hotel war Klasse.

Die Auswahl am Buffet fanden wir super. Die Aufteilung der Schwimmbecken und Spa war wiederum etwas ungünstig verteilt

Er að koma þarna í annað skiptið á 10 mánuðum. Allt mjög gott ef ekki bara frábært. Mæli með þessu hóteli hvort maður er að koma í skíðaferð eða bara afslöppunarferð. Allt innifalið og maturinn mjög góður. Sem skíðahótel þá er þetta svokallað ski in ski out hótel og frábær aðstaða fyrir það. Flottur bar. Frábær sundlaug sem er bæði inni og útilaug. Starfsfólkið frábært. Mikið gert fyrir börnin þarna. Mæli með þessu hóteli og gef því 10 í einkun óhikað! Takk fyrir okkur!

The hotel os good! Food is very good! The Bartender Luciano was a very nice person and always is happy for attend us.

Rund um Perfekter Urlaub!

Das Hotel ist leider schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Essensauswahl zwar reichlich, aber wie bei All Inklusive geschmacklich Luft nach oben. Keine schöne Atmosphäre im Speiseraum. Getränke viel Auswahl, vor allem alkoholische Getränke. Bei den alkoholfreien Getränken leider nur Saft als Sirup und keine echte Cola, etc.
