Really a lovely experience I had stated another place in Palau, which was really not up to snuff, and this place was amazing in comparison

The staff is nice, and a small snorkeling area inside the hotel area has plenty of fish.

Great location. Lovely beach . Close to town and restaurants. Staff were very helpful and the house staff maintained our room well.

The location was walkable to some restaurants but don't expect to snorkel right there. The small lagoon wasn't much and there is too much boat traffic outside the buoy lines. The Blue Marlin dive shop was great though.

Probably the best place on the island. It’s a gorgeous resort. The beach is pristine. It’s really nice that all of that is Japanese style that there is no tipping necessary at all. I thought it was a wonderful value.

Wonderful Hotel with great facilities and an excellent staff. I really enjoyed the restaurant; tasty food done well while I only ate all the cart, I peruse the buffet and it did have quite a large selection of choices. Having both a swimming pool and a beach with its own lagoon was also a treat. I highly recommend this hotel.

Excellent hotel, location and food

Very nice hotel and very friendly staff. I did not like the firm mattresses …… stayed for one week and could not get used to it.

Friendly and helpful staff, great beach front and cleanliness

Room was great. And the staff was accommodating. Overall the resort was beautiful. The food downstairs was amazing. Loved my experience.

Clean room that smell nice, towels were clear white with warmth. Room layout was super user friendly with 2 spots to lie my suitcase. Nice view from balcony to the private beach with clothes hanger. Nice firm bed with 3 different styles of pillows. Friendly staff that seeks to help out. Nice amenities - body lotion, flip flops.

The hotel itself is very simple and clean, but the guest experience was disappointing. During my three-night stay, the toilet was broken and the drain was clogged, and despite informing staff, nothing was done to fix either issue. I also booked a two-room stay and later added an extra night. Instead of accommodating this in advance, the hotel required us to switch rooms, which should have been avoidable with proper planning. Overall, there was a noticeable lack of care and effort to resolve problems. Guest relations were poor, and for these reasons, I wouldn’t recommend this hotel. Keep away. Trust me.

Fantastic stay! Staff was very helpful and accommodating. The beach area was very nice. We saw a turtle while snorkeling the hotel beach.

The WORST reception for WiFi. Had to login over 25 times in the first 12hrs. even with the auto login feature on. Never had a decent connection during my 5 nights...tops 5 minutes, if even that

The room we stayed in could use some updating. Also one of the outlets did not work. But the staff is wonderful: very efficient and helpful.
