The location is great and convenient, and the room rates are very reasonable.

Information booked via app does not sync correctly to the hotel. The hotel staff tried to push it as if it’s our fault. The app can’t even help much except for saying they will expedite and inform us when there’s any updates. We have booked meals with children but the hotel did not receive this information correctly and we were asked to pay additional for the child even after I explained and showed them the booking details. The Chinese staff on duty was so arrogant and refused to look at my voucher but kept showing me what they received in Japanese. She repeatedly mentioned that we did not pay for my children so we not getting any towel for the additional pax and the meals. She even mentioned ‘We are busy today, forget it, this is not the first time people book without the children. We will let the matter rest but my child will not get the towel during his stay’. This is not about the towel! We mentioned to her we already paid for my children! She kept insisted us to go check with the app while it should be her job to go sort it out. She even have a cheek to ask us ‘what do we want now?’ She was so rude that she kept cutting us when we tried to explain things to her and refused to listen what we tried to explain. Her service and attitude was not acceptable. She toned down only when we were obviously offended. After that she even tried to cover herself by saying she doesn’t understand my booking voucher as it is in English and walked away while letting her other colleague to take over. Apart from that, the location is good. Room is clean. We are able to see Mt. Fuji when the sky is clear. Food is standard. New towel was provided to us daily. The rest of the staffs were friendly.

The room is clean and comfortable, there is an onsen to soak in, and the view from room 308 is very good on the lake side, but if you don't get a room on the lake side, you can go see the view from the public bathroom on the 5th floor of the hotel.
