The hotel is very good. Comfortable and staff very friendly. Would definitely recommend it.

I had a really nice stay! The room was beautiful, spacious and clean. The restaurant and bar were excellent. The traditional live music in the bar was wonderful!

Very nice hotel. No AC in the rooms

Parking not available through hotel - parking garage across the street was expensive and operated poorly. Hotel restaurant was mediocre and expensive. Hotel room furniture was not in the best shape and there were multiple stains on the carpet. It was also reasonably hot weather and the hotel had no AC, which is understandable, but the window barely opened. Felt very expensive for what we received.

Central location. Very noisy with disco until 2am outside. Will be very unlikely to return. Limited restuarant choice. Lovely old building.

Room was clean, nice older property. Safe area with dining options within walking distace. The castle is rigjt next door

Ireland is having a heat wve and cooling the room down was very difficult. The window only opened about 6 inches. Fortunately, there was a ceiling fan and a portable electric fan.

The breakfast was so delish, the room was clean, the front guest staff was super friendly and accommodating. So close to all the things you need in Kilkenny, completely walkable .

We had to travel on a Saturday morning and the breakfast offering and entitlement was not available early so we missed out on eating to catch a train. I did leave comments that with the desk that the shower drained very slowly and I had to hurry so it wouldn't run over. No TV the TV set pixelated.

Friendly, clean & close to many amenities. Parking directly across the street in parking garage was easy, very reasonable cost & safe. Hotel pub was enjoyable with live music. Walkable to all sights, many shops & restaurants / pubs. Included breakfast was very good.
