Decent 3* hotel - room is modern and clean, furnished better than many 4* places I’ve stayed. Friendly welcome from reception staff. Location ok for exploring the east of the island, but a car is necessary. Breakfast is underwhelming and needs a focus on the basics. Breakfast staff could improve their customer service and friendliness. The set up is bizarre; biscuit tins on the table, place settings for one on tables with two chairs, pre-toasted toast (just wrong), plastic cups for water, poor bread selection, you had to ask for croissants as these were kept behind the bar (very odd), and the food selection just seemed to be balanced precariously on whatever countertop/table/pillar they could find in the room (very haphazard). There were also dead flies all over the window sills. Despite the areas for improvement in the breakfast, overall a good stay.

A modern, thoughtfully designed property on a hilltop overlooking Nuoro. The front desk staff went out of their way to be helpful with a small problem that I had. The rooms were modern and comfortable. One issue that we found everywhere in Sardinia is that the rooms don't have enough electrical outlets, making it a bit of a hassle to charge personal devices. The breakfast was fine in a room with a great view overlooking the town. One plus, during the off-season, is that there are enough travelers for business, so the property offers the full range of services. At other properties in the off-season, the lack of guests can result in limited services. Also, excellent parking. Definitely recommend for car travelers. Because it is located 2 km from the city center, it may be a hassle for persons who don't have a car, although there is good municipal bus service accessible about a five minute walk distant.

This hotel had everything that one needs for an affordable price. It was very clean as well. Two suggestions for improvement: 1. Mattress is very firm, to the point of some back pain in the morning. 2. Adding a coffee maker and tea pot would be appreciated.

Proximity to the old center and location around the area. The mattresses at the hotel gotta go, killing the back in the morning.

Hotel was clean and nice, situated away from old town in a quiet residential area. Easy to get to by car and parking was easy as well.

Last minute booking for unexpected stay. Not much to look at from the outside, but rooms are clean and adequate. Staff helpful. Air conditioning didn’t work in room. Breakfast adequate. Parking easy. Overall fine for Nuoro, but could be better. Good for price.

The room was clean, modern & large. WiFi was available but when the room lights were turned off ( by pulling the card key out of the slot ) power was turned off so you could not charge up your devices while you were sleeping which was very inconvenient. The hotel was very close to the freeway & in a hilly area with very little parking so I found it awkward to approach. It is necessary to drive to restaurants & shopping which I decided not to do because I was worried that there would be no parking when I returned. I then went to the restaurant in the same building which served one of the worst meals that I have ever had, be warned don’t go to the restaurant in the building. Front of desk staff need to be more friendly & welcoming. They never told me for example that breakfast would be served. I found out by accident. I don’t recommend this hotel. I will never return.

Excellent 3 stars hotel, where work very pleasant staff. Many greetings goes to room and bathroom cleanliness, as far as promoting eco-friendly products. I would recoment hotel to everyone who reach a good accommodation near beautiful nature.

Completely adequate hotel for 1-2 nights. The breakfast was a little underwhelming, but free. The room was comfortable and all facilities modern.

We stayed here for a local sports event. We found our room well-designed and adequate for our stay of 8 days. The public spaces, especially the lobby and the large balcony overlooking Nuoro, were very pleasant. The breakfast was plentiful, the coffee fresh and excellent. There are a few things we would have liked to make our stay better: more healthy choices for breakfast (whole grain bread, fresh fruit, skim milk), some way to get tea/coffee or a drink the rest of the day, instructions at check in or in the room in English as well as Italian about the room, hotel, breakfast times, restaurant times etc. The hotel staff were all very pleasant--manager, front desk staff, housekeeping. They even provided us with ice when an athletic team member was injured.

Clean, comfortable and smart hotel with amazing views over Nuoro and the surrounding hills. Although it's big, white and has a large sign on the top I did struggle initially to find it - it's at the edge of town just off the big roundabout with the fountain in the middle.
