The staff was friendly and the room was ready when I arrived. I was a little early. You are near the square which is convenient.

Room does not have enough light nor drawers in the open closet. Dining is very limited and no service at 10 pm.

They not received they not stay in this hotel because my nephew had only his documents in his cellphone so they don’t get lost and they disnt accept them. Never back this hotel and I need to back my money

Close to downtown Trujillo. Clean and well maintenance. Food service excellent amid the current pandemic conditions.

I was disappointed with the check-in and check-out service. I received a towel, a soap, and a mini bottle of shampoo; when I told them that my reservation was for two people, I was questioned and in the end they tried to act like they were doing me a favor by giving me an extra towel.

Lovely hotel in the middle of everything. You are just a few steps away from the Plaza de Armas and tons of restaurants and shops. From beginning to end the staff was very friendly and warm to us. Always with a smile and ready to help. The rooms were very good sized, clean and comfortable. The king size bed was very comfortable as well and the sheets clean and soft too. The AC worked perfectly and the bathroom was clean and spacious as well. We only stayed one night but definitely a place that I will recommend for sure.

Nice and clean hotel. Very close to the central plaza. The staff was super friendly. One of the waiters, Diego, was awesome! My girlfriend was sick and he made her a special tea to help with the congestion. Super thoughtful! Heck, I would go back just because of him!

It’s a clean modern hotel with comfortable rooms. The shower was great, AC was reliable, bed was comfortable, breakfast had many choices. The staff were very friendly and helpful. It’s a short walk to the lovely plaza and cathedral.

Hotel very nice, close to Plaza de Armas, within walking distance to restaurants and shopping.

Stay was great early checking charge is Not appreciated and hotel need to know when full kitchen waiters need more help employee did best he could this was management error
