Staff were amazing. Easy parking. Great options for quick breakfast

No clean

The place is looking tired and worn out. The desk staff was very helpful. The TV system was terrible and we needed to get help 2 - 3 times.

Check in . Attentive and helpful.

Clean and comfortable room. Jacuzzi tub was great Complimentry breakfast is alway a plus.

Excellent staff. No ice as the machines were not functioning. Room was just ok, more attention to details was needed.

Big rooms, comfortable beds, better kitchenette facilities than expected (fridge, microwave, sink, toaster), very clean. Staff were professional. Breakfast was OK, fairly basic but covered the bases. Rooms are dated but in ok condition. Overall a solid place to stay in Fort Nelson (and we've stayed at most places. This is our top when staying with a pet)

Front desk staff were excellent; room was OK; breakfast was sub-par.

The front desk young lady was extra sweet amd very helpful. The beds were very comfortable and the room as clean.

The fridge never worked the shower had no pressure because it was coming out of the faucet too I when he pulled out the fridge it was covered in dust not a very clean room needed something to keep the floor in front of the door clean from wet footwear the front desk clerk was the best thing about my stay

The front desk clerk was great. I have been staying there for as long as it has been open. But this time the cleanliness is lacking. details between the stove and the cupboard above the cupboard, dirt and grime around dispensers. Bathtub didn' t hold water...shower curtain needs to see a garbage can as it was torn.

I had vehicle problems getting there and couldnt cancel because i booked through expedia. Next time i will book directly with the motel.
