The lounge chair in our room was so stained. It really turned us off. First thing you see when you walk into the room as it’s bright yellow and right next to the bed. Everywhere was boarded up in preparation for protests for G7 Staff was lovely

BE CAREFUL!!! We were robbed on tut doorstep of this boutique hotel! My husband was attacked by 2 men who jumped him and stole his Rolex!!!!! Not safe!!!!!! The criminals are watching this nice hotel in Geneva!! Literally at the front door!!! Also weird, our hotel room deadbolt didn’t work either!!! We left the next morning! We didn’t feel safe! Criminals coming into Geneva. Was a nightmare!!!!! Thank God these criminals didn’t have a weapon!! Not my first time hearing this in Geneva. I’ll never go back to Geneva or London. London didn’t feel safe either. Watch your pockets and leave your watches at home!!!!! Not worth the risk!!!!!! Parking sucks too!!!!! You have to walk 2-4 blocks away, park at a parking garage. This hotel has NO SECURITY! Which is why it’s being targeted! Horrible horrible experience!!!!

I was very disappointed with my stay. The shower drain was blocked, causing water to pool in the shower and making it impossible for me to wash my hair properly. The staff seemed aware of the issue, as they sent extra towels for us to clean up the water ourselves, yet the problem was never resolved. What was most frustrating was being charged the full price for the room despite this major inconvenience. I expected at least some form of discount or compensation. Unfortunately, this issue affected my entire trip and significantly impacted my overall experience. I would not stay here again. and cannot recommend it to others.

Room was wonderful - comfortable bed, desk, available sockets to power up gadgets, great bathroom and shower; outstanding breakfast; from the front desk to the breakfast to cleaning the room, all staff were amazing. Great central location. Would highly recommend and would definitely stay there again!

Good hotel

Location is incredible. Rooms are beautiful and the entire property is exceptionally clean. Check-in was breeze & there was a doorman to assist with my bags. I don’t recall the exact name for my room type, but highly recommend the basic king with balcony - it costs less than the slightly larger king but has a view of the river when sitting outside. Remember this is a boutique hotel so certain amenities are lacking. While the front desk team is gracious, they do not have a concierge to assist with dining and activities. The in-house restaurant is nice - even if you’re not crazy about the cuisine, the waiters are charming and work very hard to take care of you. I can’t wait to have a reason to return.

The room was clean and beautiful! The staff was lovely and had chocolate and a card for my partners birthday. It was located centrally and felt luxurious.

Great location. Very close to historical attraction, lake and shopping. Good for a walking weekend away. Hotel was very well appointed and earns the 5* rating easily. Staff are very approachable and assist with restaurant reservations with no trouble at all.

This is by far my favorite hotel to stay in Geneva! The location is very central to shopping, restaurants, sight seeing, and activities on both sides of the lake. The hotel recently underwent a refresh and the rooms are lovely — comfortable, clean and beautifully decorated. I look forward to my return. A bientot!
