very good place for the money that you pay

No air conditioning in a very hot place, too noisy, and sheets with holes.

Excellent hotel, friendly staff. A swimming pool would make it outstanding. Nice workout room with a view. Good breakfast in the morning. Taxis are cheap in Pereira.

We had a great 2 nite stay. Comfortable beds. Balcony in room. Great Outdoor gym. Quiet grounds. Restaurant set up was odd as you have to walk thru a gasoline station to get to it. Standard breakfast included, scrambled eggs, toast, arepa, juice and coffee.

no pude usar la reserva por q me dijeron que expidia no tenia nada q ver con ellos entonces tuve q buscar otra estadia y por esta razon estoy solicitando un reembolso total. gracias

Llegamos con nuestra reserva y no había habitaciones. No nos dieron solución. El gerente del hotel se disgustó porque el encargado lo despertó. Era media noche. MAL servicio. Pésimo.

Es bueno,limpio,cómodo pero no controlan las personas que ahí se hospedan. Si hablan fuerte por los pasillos hasta gritan llamandose y en Admon. O recepción no dicen nada.

Demasiado agradable por la tranquilidad, quietud, instalaciones cómodas muy buena la atención, lo malo es que el desayuno si no se pide a la habitación toca salir de las instalaciones a la cafetería externa a unos 200 mes. Por lo otro muy bien el resto
