Nice hotel with fun decor in a good location. Noisy at night since it's close to a busy road so sleep may be challenging if sensitive to noise, but good stay overall.

Small rooms. Clean property. Staff asking too many personal questions. Small parking spaces and limited space to load/unload baggage from the car

It was good, only complaint is that the AC didn't cool the room much. Luckily the windows can be opened so we got some fresh air.

The people was great and great service

The check in is tricky because it's a 4pm. I was able to use the gym but its not really a gym, the elliptical was making a horrible sound. Some of the staff were nice and some of them we not great. Only some spoke English. It was hard to book the spa because of it. The room was nice but you can hear everything going on, you can hear the bars and venue upstairs at night until 3am (bot too bad), there was a school group that kept running in the hallway overnight (annoying but alright), the problem was the sound check or people doing karaoke at 6am that I could hear crystal clear from my room, the dejeuner was alright but a bit basic, the room was clean, but the electricity stopped many times which was annoying. So this hotel can be a back up but wouldnt be my first option. I picked it because it was so close to the conference center and that was great.
