I swear I didn't expect to get a room this big, this comfortable, fully furnished, the room is in front of the swimming pool, the balcony is also very big to the side. 1 bathroom + 1 toilet so there are 2. And there are many more advantages to staying here, below there is KK mart, if you want to go to the twin tower, just walk 5 minutes past the side of the apartment, there is a car park there, then you will pass in front of the KL Durian Festival, then if you want to look for street food, go to Jalan Kampung and then walk 10-15 minutes. If I go to KL again, I want to stay here again, period..!

The room is clean, there is a 24-hour mini market downstairs.

The air conditioner in master bedroom not functional

The room is big. The main room's AC is really cold. It's just a shame there are lots of small cockroaches around the kitchen and dining table.

Everything good, but old building and not so crowd

Check in should be at 3, but I called customer service and was able to check in early at 1. The check in and check out process was very easy, the room was as shown in the picture, clean and comfortable, complete facilities.

The room was really spacious and pretty but had major problems with the cleanliness and check in/out times. The earliest I could check in was 9am which was a problem as I arrived from flight 5:35am. And the room was dusty, bed sheets seem like they weren't changed, and there was quite a bit of rust. The room also didn't have a nice fresh clean smell. Hygiene was really poor. Only was given one tissue box, cups had dust, floor was dusty.

I only found 1 trashbin inside the room, and the room was not cleaned the day after. I think we should turn on the maid sign or we need to tell directly to the recepionist.

The hotel is nice, clean, comfortable, near Petronas Towers, KLCC Tower, near places to eat, comfortable for families... The Best.

Its a big living room and nice bed. I will back to stay this apart again.

My stay here was very pleasant, no complaints at all. The room was clean and complete with amenities that are needed. Recommended place to stay here in Kuala Lumpur.
