Nice location, nice room, nice staff

The hotel staff are all friendly, and the food is very varied and delicious, simply the best... I have no regrets about choosing and staying here 👌🏻

The service is very satisfying, all the staff are very polite and helped our needs from the first time we arrived until we left yesterday. CS is also always on time every day to clean the room. It is better to stay here including BF because the menu is varied and delicious. Naan bread and accompanying sauce (if I'm not mistaken, aloo gobi?) are delicious The swimming pool is clean and well-maintained. In our opinion, the location is also very strategic. In the morning you can walk to Kuta Beach for exercise, then close to Beachwalk. Around the hotel there are also many cafes/restaurants and souvenir sellers 🤍🤗.

I've been here twice to Bali, and I've been quite satisfied... but now it's really crowded, so it's okay, the hotel is good, and I hope it will be more comfortable for us who come with children.

Everything is fine, but the floor is very dirty if you take off your shoes the soles of your feet are immediately black and the room is full of ants.

Strategically located close to the entertainment center and Kuta Beach, although traffic jams are common on the way to the hotel. Parking is not plentiful. Room rates are competitive. The rooms are quite spacious and clean, although some areas still have broken appliances. The breakfast menu is delicious and varied. All the staff are friendly and helpful. It could be a great alternative for your next vacation 👍

The staff is friendly and cooperative. There was one incident during breakfast when a foreign guest's toddler got out of sight and fell into the pool. The head staff member was very quick to jump in. It definitely deserves a thumbs up.

(-) The room is in the Legian area, so it's noisy at night. Even though our room was on the sixth floor, the sound of the discotheque could be heard. It's quite disturbing if you need a peaceful sleep. But overall, this hotel is comfortable 👍🏻✨

A good and nice hotel starting from the staff, environment, food and cleanliness. The staff is also very helpful because on the website it was informed that they could extend the check out time for free because I was traveling with a baby and the flight was at 4 PM while the check out time was at 12 PM, I asked for a check out time around 2 and the hotel gave a check out time of 1:30 PM. The food is also delicious and most importantly the location of the hotel is close to iconic places such as the Bali bomb monument, Falalah Chocolate, Nasi Campur Kadewatan Ibu Mangku, Kuta Beach, Kelan Beach, etc. Then, even though it is very close or in the bar and cafe area, the noise is not audible to the room. One of the recommended hotels if you stay in the Kuta-Legian area
