The staff..led by Beatrice were very good..Breakfasts team were great

Complete scam. We pre paid and when we got there with family from Colombia, exact amount we booked with, they tried to charge us like $200 more a night! They wouldn’t even budge or concede we pre paid. So we left and went to another hotel. Awful experience.

Good location.Nice breakfast with fruit,eggs,bread,granola,yogurt,voffee and juice.

Very strange and unpleasant front desk clerk... It felt like I would be checking into jail or police station...

This hotel is located next to a busy street, the first night it was unbearable, fortunately I always travel with earplugs. The next night they moved us to the other end of the hotel and it was better but still I would recommend earplugs for a good nights sleep. The breakfast was normal but good, their lunches and evening meals can be served in your room which is the better option since the dining room is located by the street. If you could get an interior room it could be a good experience since the price is right.

El costo beneficio del hotel es excelente. Muy buen servicio

Hotel cómodo y bien ubicado cerca del centro de Manizales. El único detalle fue el ruido (televisión con alto volumen en la noche) de los huéspedes en la habitación contigua.

Buena opción para estadía corta. Cómodo y limpio. Excelente servicio y buen desayuno.

Hotel súper limpio, las personas súper atentas y amables

La política del hotel es muy diferente a la de la página por la cual reserve. La intención era cancelar a la llegada al hotel porque la página decía eso q se podía cancelar en el hotel pero hicieron el cargo a la tarjeta con 4 dias de anticipación y cuando llame a preguntar me dijeron que siempre lo hacían así. Que eso era una política de la página y no del hotel

El hotel cuenta con amplias instalaciones , y el desayuno bueno , lo único no gusto pagina ofrecen parqueo pero el mismo es sobre la calle frente al hotel y es una avenida principal lo cual hace fluya demasiados vehículos y personas , cuando llegamos no había espacio y debimos esperar saliera un vehículo dejar y no moverlo para no perder el espacio , habitaciones frente demasiado ruido vehicular , se sabia eran tres personas y solo dejaron 2 toallas hubo necesidad pedir una y la trajeron.
