Fantastic hotel in the centre of Katowice. Staff are friendly and helpful.The hotel is beautiful and only a few minutes from the railway station, shopping centre.

All good except for parking. I had to park elsewhere which was difficult on a Saturday evening. I would advise the hotel on website list a number of nearby car parks to use on busy days.

Stayed for four nights, great hotel, clean, comfortable bed, great staff, walkable to local restaurants.

Excellent overnight stay. Staff friendly and helpful, rooms lovely, lots of hot water. Great facilities if needed, very central in town. Rooms were quiet, in bed to really comfy. Restaurant food was lovely, but allow time, this is not fast food. Work recommend local cuisine.

Comfortable with great service

It is fantastic fabulous beautiful hotel. Room is beautiful and breakfast. I don’t remember last time I had such lovely breakfast. Now service is 5* minimum. I will be staying here again for sure. And i very highly recommend it to anyone. Loved my staying

A very good hotel, close to the central station, for a reasonable price. Large and quiet rooms, a nice gym.

Really nice hotel, in the heart of the city. Just 15 min walk from the conference center, which was perfect to start the day. Breakfast is great and rooms are confortable.

We have been staying at the penthouse but it’s not clean! We stayed here in July and the same rubbish/dirt was still found when we visited again in September. They simply don’t clean or vacuum the rooms or clean the kitchen area. In July there was rubbish on the floor of the living room and the same rubbish was present in September. The hotel need to deep clean the penthouse it’s filthy.
