Absolutely no ventilation in the room. After taking a shower you need to open the entrance door, otherwise the air in the room will stay humid.

This hotel had water supply issues while we stayed there. Hot water was a commodity they barely had. Not aure if the way they charge for the room is a country-wide thing, but we were charged "per person" rate. During check-in the concierge took pictures of all our passports and after we asked why she stated it was a requirement by the Colombian Migration authorities, and eventually we did receive an email with all the information and copy of the pictures she took. This is for foreigners tracking purposes. Wi-Fi is weak during peak hours and the breakfast was good, and the cook was friendly. We learned the hotels (at least) in Bogota have an agreement with a tourism company that provides guests with safe and secure transportation to and from your desired destination, with the option of waiting for you, for a very fair-market fee. We hired one them and received a great service.

I have stayed at this hotel for the last 3 years and every time this place has gone worse! last time I stayed here, the hotel was so loud gang members yelling at each other. it felt like a downtown bar not a hotel. I won't stay here ever again.

There is a language barrier for their was no single staff could speak even a little bit of English.

Had a little glitch with the check in process regarding pricing confusion between the hotel and Expedia but as always Expedia customer service did not disappoint and cleared everything up with the hotel. Did not have any issues after that. Room was quiet and a nice temperature (rooms in Bogota can be so cold and usually without heating!). Room was clean and the breakfast was simply and very tasty. The only small thing was that I got the last of the hot water and my husband had to shower in very cold water! Would definitely recommend this hotel for the price and the short drive to El Dorado airport.

Good. Thanks for be like a home for us in Bogota. Just try to be be more careful when somebody return late in the night because I was like a 1 claiming to open the door.

it was good for price, which was 24 US price per night. Couldn't sleep and there is no AC which is fine but there were no Windows to open so door had to be left open at times.

We only stayed here one night because it was relatively close to the airport. The negatives: the hotel is in the middle of a residential area and there isn't much around it. We arrived late and needed a restaurant or market and there wasn't one nearby. The positives: the manager was extremely helpful and helped us order something to eat (to be delivered) and ordered us a taxi early the next morning. The room was very clean and comfortable. Aside from the location, this was a great hotel.

I've been in this hotel a couple of times and was good but this time I am very disappointed bathroom smell terrible I couldn't leave the door open fixtures were broken Staff was great

Only stayed one day. The price was different than what I booked. They added 16% because I used a credit card. Then another 5000 pesos per day for "security" that was NOT refunded, but was for insurance. I checked back to the booking description and it stated no fees in addition to the quoted charge. The room was modern and sterile. The only windows in the rooms are to the inside corridors, so no view or natural light. The bed was FIRM. There was no outlets near the beds, only in the bathroom and across the room where the mini fridge was. The receptionist had no English, but tried to help by using Google translate on her computer to explain the extra charges. Breakfast was on the top floor and was good. A corn pancake type thing topped with scrambled eggs and hot chocolate. The WIFI was OK, no problems and moderate speed.
