good location, room is rather small but is within expectation for Japanese hotel. The room comes with a lot of amenities

Very satisfied stay at this hotel, the room is nice also the bath room is quiet big not like on the photo. Definitely gonna come back and stay at this hotel next time I go to Kyoto.

Convenient location near the bus and metro station, there are many fine dining shops around. Small room, but fully equipped. pretty good overall, will stay again if you come to kyoro

Different rooms from the pictures presented in the booking site. Breakfast not served by the hotel but by the coffee shop next door.

The room was nice, clean and the staff friendly, the reception desk helped a lot when our son lost his handphone and was found at kyoto station. For next year we will be back to stay at this hotel. thanks.

The place is new, clean and strategic place

Comfortable enough for us to stay at Kyoto for two nights. Front desk officers are helpful, they can speak English. Location are quite strategic (very close to bus terminal).

Comfortable ambiance at lobby and room. The double bed room is relatively more spacious than other hotel with the similar cost. Complete bathroom and room facilities. Good location, just need 5 min walk to nearby station and 10 min walk to the downtown

Unfortunately there is no breakfast place
