It was a pleasant trip. Everyone was very friendly and accommodating.

Clean

Front desk staff was very nice and accomodating. The rooms were not properly cleaned and the bed was terrible. It hurt my back and shoulder every night because of sink in the center of the mattress. When i complained and requested a different mattress i was informed that all were the same. As a paying customer i was not satisfied.

Our flight arrived early and we went to the hotel at 2:30 PM and were told we had to wait until 4 o’clock to check in and if we wanted a late checkout, there would be an additional $50 charge which is absurd! first of all, we don’t even get a full day because we have to check out at 11 AM which is a full day, which means they cheated us out of five hours. Did.we complain about that, no! Considering the fact that it was a Sunday and the parking lot was virtually empty. There had to have been some rooms that were available.

It’s always amazing. Staff is great and very attentive.

My stay was awesome love the host and house keeping there where great.

Everything great!!

Just a quick overnight. The water in the shower was very hot. Would love to have body or hand lotion. Bedding is comfortable and the rooms are very spacious. In room amenities for the kitchen are great with a large refrigerator. Breakfast is just okay

Everything was clean and comfy. Staff is extremely nice. Some things seemed out dated and the bathroom needed some work done.

The staff and room service, breakfast and free parking.

Property was well lit two entry and exit Areasvery quiet except for some noise from I 75 expressway.
