Disappointing Stay – Poor Service and Incorrect Charges
I stayed at Condado Vanderbilt from June 25–30 with my daughter. Housekeeping didn’t clean our room, remove trash, or replace towels for 3 days, even after multiple requests and a complaint to the manager. Staff said they were short-staffed, yet the hotel kept checking in new guests.
At checkout, I was wrongly charged $360 for alcohol I never ordered. I don’t drink, and never visited the bar. After disputing it, I was refunded, but the experience was stressful and unacceptable.
Not the luxury experience we expected. Would not return.
