Loved the attention to detail. From freshly brewed iced tea and cookies at check-in to sparkling wine and personal note in our accommodation - it was outstanding. And the breakfast was amazing - every fruit you could think of and so many healthy choices. Beautiful grounds very well maintained.

We want to return to enjoy the actual facility even more. This is an incredible place for a mind calming experience. The location is well kept, the staff can't do enough to make you feel at home.

Outstanding staff!

Truely a wonderful experience! We were visiting the shrine at Fatima. Staying here made me feel like I was staying out in the countryside, yet walkable the sanctuary. Accommodations were simple yet elegant, beautiful and peaceful. Breakfast was very bountiful and delicious and the service was perfect. The swimming pool was amazing—warm and relaxing. The grounds cannot be described as they are too beautiful for words. The animals were a very special touch. I strongly recommend this property.

Excellent staff!

We loved this place from the moment we pulled into the parking area. When Angela greeted us in the reception area, we knew it was going to be a special stay. She offered us some team and gingerbread cookies and gave us a quick tour of the facilities. OMG, what a wonderful place. We travel a lot, this place is magical. So peaceful and quiet, we overslept in the morning (very unusual for us). Just lovely.

From the moment you arrive, you are treated to tea and cookies in a lobby area that has gorgeous detail everywhere you look. No spot has been overlooked. The staff was incredible and the entire space was exquisite. It was raining during my stay, but that was ok as I wanted to cherish every moment in my space. Were it not raining the area around the property offered walking trails, a pool, yoga areas and animals. I would absolutely consider returning to this venue and making day trips to surrounding areas. I don't want to ruin all the surprises, but I will say this was the perfect spot for the last night of my vacation.

Good and freindly

It was an amazing experience, starting from our reception in the hotel, everything was flawless. The quality of the service and the attention to the details were impressive. As it was the day before the N. Sra. Fatima, and a lot of pilgrims were in the city and we got a lot of good recommendations from the staff, concerning places and activities. The place is comfortable and as the name says very charming hotel.

amazing thought through concept, full of charm and nice details. A place where you go and feel good, calm, relaxed. staff extremely nice and very good service. Excellent breakfast with fresh local products, giving the feeling that is prepared specifically for each guest. It is also possible to have dinner at the hotel but you cannot expect a wide variety in the menu, which for those staying and having dinner in the hotel for more than 2 days can be a challenge.

All the staff were absolutely lovely. The property was simply beautiful. One of our most unique experiences whilst traveling. Attention to detail was superb.
