This stay was incredible! Definitely worth the money. The rooms were not only luxurious but also well-stocked and cleaned. The room I had had its own washer and dryer which was amazing. It had a fridge and a kitchen. The staff was helpful, and even spoke enough English to make check-in a seamless process. This hotel was definitely worth the money.

Such a great experience! The location is fantastic—I could walk to the Giant Wild Goose Pagoda and Datang Everbright City. There’s also a mall next door with plenty of food and drink options. The hotel room is well-equipped, and the in-unit all-in-one washer/dryer is a great convenience. The walk-in shower and separate bathtub add to the comfort. Since a room key is required for the elevator, I felt safe leaving my electronics in the room while exploring the city. All the staff members were courteous and helpful, greeting me every time they saw me. I truly enjoyed my stay.

Good property with sufficient room for a family of four. Staff are friendly and nice. Brought us a baby crib as soon as we asked. Location is decent, nothing particularly exciting nearby, except the mall has a lot of food options

The staffs were very friendly and helpful. Like to especially thank 王云 who went out of her way to help us secure entrance tickets to the Shannxi History Museum on line. Appreciate her patience as it took numerous attempts to do so.

Comfortable room. Located outside of the city centre. About 90mins walk and 30mins drive. Next to a shopping mall, provide good amenities if needed

We had a wonderful stay at the Somerset Serviced Apartments in Xi'an. Upon arrival we were upgraded, for free, to a very large apartment/lobby that was much better than the one we had booked. The apartment was very large, spotlessly clean, very well furnished, comfortable and with all the necessary facilities. Service desk was very attentive and friendly. The location is also very good, even if Xi'an is a large city. We were some 10-15 mins by taxi from the centre of town - the Drum Tower and Muslim Area, and yet with plenty of very good options to eat around. Highly recommended!

Nice, clean and bright apartments. Very good value. Staff was helpful. Food choice of breakfast was quite limited. Nice gym with yoga studio. Didn't try the pool as water was too cold but it looked good with reasonable size. The property does not have restaurants, other than the lounge serving breakfast but there are quite a number of F&B outlets at the shopping centre just next to the property. Another hotel with a good Chinese restaurant was only across the road and you could be there by less than 10 minutes on foot. Also walking distance to 小雁塔 and 西安博物館。

Like : modern furniture, service, neat Dislike : plain food, not so tasty for foreigners

The apartment was very comfortable and great staff. The building is located next to a mall/grocery store which is very convenient. It is about 40 min walk to a couple of attractions. We forgot my kids headphones in the room and they found the headphones and we were able to get those back.

A holiday totally was ruined by the terrible service from the hotel. Before we arrived, I informed the hotel that we will be late due to flight delayed. No answers received at all. Then when we arrived, waited over 30 hr to check in and then the receptionist even can’t serve us alone, she answered 5 phone calls and didn’t even to answer my questions. Even worse, the next day, found a dirty cleaning clothes on the bed. I asked for a sewing kit twice, finally, got it when the third time requested. A service from hell.

I pretty much have only good things to say about the place. Clean, modern, helpful staff. Unit was clean, with full kitchen, with view of other high-rises. Property had pool, sauna, steam room all in working order and good condition. Gym and playroom also available. Free breakfast was the same every morning. Food not bad, but probably would become boring if we stayed there more than few days. Some of the common areas smelled like smoke, but that's not because it was allowed, but rather because this is China and people just don't pay attention to non-smoking signs. Area around property is safe. Bunch of places to eat in walking distance, ranging from very cheap to almost Western prices with everything in between. Mall across the street. Taxi ride to center of Xian is about 15 min and costs about 10rmb. Of course my advice to download Didi and never ever use taxis.

clean facility and spacious room. The hotel is about 15 min walk from a subway station and the subway line is connected with high speed train station. Convenient spot for shopping , eatting, coffee nearby. We took DIDI (local uber)from the hotel to sight seeing spots in the city, most of the trips cost less than RMB15 one way.
