The hotel staff is very friendly, the hotel atmosphere is very calm, tends to be quiet even though there are many people staying there, the atmosphere around the hotel is busy because it is in the city center, it is easy to find food at night, minimarkets are available around the hotel... my suggestion is to fix the AC in the lobby because it is hot, overall it's good

The hotel is nice, the staff is friendly. The room is large and the bathroom and toilet are separate. If you don't smoke, I suggest asking for a non-smoking room. The smoking room is actually clean and doesn't smell of cigarettes, but there are signs of people putting out cigarettes in several places. The parking area is a bit dark, but the hotel is nice.

Overall, it's okay, no significant complaints, only the TV remote control often has problems, and the hot water in the bathroom takes a long time to heat up.

Firstly, I would like to give thanks to the staff for always making sure that the rooms are always clean & comfortable. The bedsheets are always crispy white & smell clean. The bathroom is spacious enough with the sitting area also convenient near the bed making it easy for movement. I hardly write reviews, but I've already written over 5 reviews for Hotel 108 & I don't mind leaving a review each time after I check out because it is really worth it. 🙃

When you get assigned your room, you will also be given daily WiFi password that you have to change every after 24hrs after checking in. The WiFi connection is really strong so if you have to catch up on some work or watch some shows online, you have nothing disturbing your screen time.

My friends and I love the fact that the place is right in the heart of Jakarta, making it easy to move around and explore the city. Also, important to note that there are convenience stores around the location, easy to access transportation, and easy to direct.

There's nothing I don't like about this hotel. I've had an issue with the AC in my room and one of the staff was very eager to come and check out what the problem was and was assigned another room. I was happy with the exchange because I was moved to a much bigger room. But overall, the customer service here is top tier.

I haven't tried their meal as yet. However, everything from the welcoming, hosting, customer services is really good. They also know how to treat their guests with kindness and respect.

I'm sure that all the staff already know my name by now because of the number of times I've checked in at this hotel😊. The staff is very attentive and carer to their customers needs, which is one of the reasons why I've been a frequent guest.

The fact that I'm writing my fifth review should be enough proof that this hotel really has my heart 😻. From the hotel staff, Didi & Marko who are such lovely and wonderful hosts. They always make my stay a great experience by their warm welcome and always catering to my needs. This is now becoming my second home away from home. 😌

This was my second time booking this hotel based on my great experience the first time I checked in. The size of the room is very spacious, the cleanliness is admirable. It gives peace of mind.

My time & experience at Hotel 108 was spectacular. I have nothing bad to say about it. I would truly recommend this hidden gem to anyone who needs a place to recharge and enjoy their alone time. From the location, room comfort, services and cleanliness. Everything is just great. I had to extend my stay with 3 more nights. I’d definitely come back again.

My overall experience with this hotel has been nothing but amazing that I even had to make a booking for a friend who also stayed here to experience what I had. This place is a hidden gem. I love the location of it as it is central and not really crowded but yet convenient. My initial plan was to check in and stay for 2 nights but I extended my stay with 3 more nights as my experience was very good. The only issue I had with my first stay was the leaking AC during my second night. However, the staff is so helpful and attentive. They gave me another room instantly and I had no complaints. The service in this hotel is amazing. Highly recommend. ❤️
