The hotel is nice and the room too. Service should be better, specially at checkin which was a bit slow and co fussing about the parking space (included for free if there are spaces available)

This room has smelled of disinfectant and the bedding was so dusty that I had a sneezing attack. Nice staff, but the hotel is very dated, lumpy old furniture everywhere. Looks like no one has updated since 1990.

I extended the stay for another day through Expedia on a separate reservation. This seems to created such a confusion with the reception staff. I am still dealing with double charges, unreturned deposit etc.. Otherwise, the property is OK.

We appreciated the convenient location, comfortable rooms and great amenities. A well-appointed hotel but without much character or personality. Good for a short stay in Temuco.

It is a good hotel for the price. Meals at restaurant are good enough but no excellent. Small pool. Check out was not good. They take a security deposit out from credit card and they lost the document. It took 30 minutes to finish check out and after that no compensations just apologies. Btw I'm still waiting on that security deposit to disappear from my balance.

Overall the stay was fine. Restaurant meals are average and a bit expensive. At check out they lost the security deposit they took causing 30 minutes of delay. Beware about charges. Before a friend of mine used hotels app and this hotel charged him while the app charged the night too. Hotels.com had an excellent disposition to solve the problem, but the hotel always just apologize.

Most excellent. Our stay was a transit to the southern region of Chiloe. We arrived very late. No problem. Breakfast was on point with many alternatives to choose from. Front desk personnel very hospitable and kind. Hotel infrastructure new and well kept. We truly enjoyed our two night stay. Very nice rooms and comfortable beds. Recommended.

Temuco is the fourth largest city in Chile. And became that way in a hurry, the last 30 years. Therefore it is a chaotic city. I arrived in pouring rain and terrible traffic. Took me 30 minutes to enter the city and find the hotel. But Diego de Almagro is an island of niceties in a city full of traffic, horns and completely overwhelmed by trucks, taxis and buses. The hotel is located in the middle of the town. When you enter, you are in a clean and peaceful environment. The noise is dampen, and the receptionists are pleasant and ready to help. My vehicle was parked in an underground lot. Elevators took me back to reception and I was in my room in 5 minutes, a very pleasant change.

We liked it so much, we went back! Comfortable beds, has a mini refrigerator (not common in Chile!!), an actual breakfast buffet with real coffee and hot milk and scrambled eggs and fruit, toast, cereal, meats, etc. Small (very warm) pool and small fitness room (hint to management, put a weight machine in there!), can walk around to shops, etc, near the bus station in town, or a short 5 minute taxi to the bigger one.
