This charming hotel is hidden away, clean, comfortable and welcoming.

Large room but near the street, so road noise was very loud, otherwise nice hotel. So ask for a room in the back, if you want a quiet stay

Great location, close to downtown. The area looked a little run-down, but we felt perfectly safe walking around at night. The room is comfortable. I would stay here again.

This hotel is very well located, walking distance to La Chascona, El Patio, Plaza de Armas and Mercado Central. It is also a couple of blocks away from Bellas Artes metro station. In other words, top location, especially for the price. On the downside, the rooms are extremely cold, you can hear everything that is happening outside your room. Don't take a long shower because you will run out of hot water. Breakfast's included, but it's very frugal (bread, ham, cheese, coffee, yogurt, pound cake and, sometimes, apples). The staff is okay. The young woman at the front desk in the afternoon shift is really nice. The young man in the morning shift is nasty, plain and simple. It was funny how he asked for a tip when I left my suitcase for a few hours after check-out. He said "Sure, you can leave your bags with us. And if you also leave a tip, that would be great, too".

Gostamos demais do hotel! Custo beneficio excelente em todos os aspectos. Super recomendamos!

good place to stay in downtown

Literalmente é um hotel butique!!! Uma casa antiga onde os quarto foram reorganizados/rearrumados para servir de quarto de hotel. Por conta disso tem algumas coisas que precisam melhorar,... por exemplo aquecimento!!! O ar quente não aquece o quarto todo,... muito menos o banheiro. E o café da manhã é servido em uma área externa. No inverno ambas as coisas são um problema. Por outro lado, a região toxina aí hotel tem varias opções de restaurantes e barzinhos,.... bem bom pra andar a pé !!!

Hotel ė diferente, bem antigo, café da manhã fraco, não tem café no café da manhã. Localização boa e atendimento dos funcionários excelente

El hotel esta muy bien ubicado y facil de poder salir a conocer el area, salir a restaurants y a la vez disfrutar de tranquilidad

MUITO BEM LOCALIZADO, ATENDIMENTO CORDIAL, DEIXA A DESEJAR NAS ROUPAS DE CAMA E BANHO, E SENTI UM CHEIRO MUITO FORTE NOS PRIMEIROS DIAS, MAS CREIO QUE SEJA ALGUM TIPO DE PRODUTO DE LIMPEZA QUE ELES UTILIZAM, E COMO NO CHILE TODO LUGAR QUE VOCÊ ENTRA TEM UM CHEIRO DIFERENTE, ACHO QUE ISSO ME DEIXOU ENJOADA COM O CHEIRO DO QUARTO, MAS NADA QUE SEJA MUITO GRAVE NA AVALIAÇÃO.
